    Nativity Advent Calendar display

    My wife absolutely adored the Nativity Advent Calendar I got her! She set it up so nicely on our old buffet. She added some desert-looking tan paper and a cool black and grey fabric to make a little "road." The mirror on top was wrapped in dark blue paper, with shiny silver stars carefully stuck on. She put some extra animals in the scene to make it even better. I even took some photos on Christmas Day of the whole thing, they turned out so nice! I would love to post them on the company's Facebook page if that's okay. Lovepop cards have been a go-to for me for a while now, and everyone I give them to absolutely loves them. The quality and design are just top-notch.

    Big sale, "Thank You" gift

    I recently made a big sale and wanted to get a special gift to say "Thank You" to my lady. She loves butterflies, so I thought the Butterfly bouquet would be perfect. I decided to go with the $2.99 shipping and it arrived in about a week, which was no problem for me. But, I also bought a Christmas item that won't ship until October. I wasn't sure if they would send the Butterfly bouquet right away or wait until October because this was my first time ordering from this place.

    Christmas cards for family and friends

    This year has been a tough one for me, both financially and personally. I couldn't afford to send out Christmas cards, but luckily I had some really cool cards from Lovepop that I could personally deliver to my sisters and family.     I felt really let down by my experience at Lovepop. I ordered a bunch of birthday cards, two of which I personalized for my mom and aunt, with delivery planned for their birthdays at the end of February. Sadly, the cards never showed up, and what made it worse was that I didn't even get a heads up about the delivery issue. I only found out when I checked my order status on their website and saw it was still labeled as "Unfulfilled." After contacting them, I did get a refund, but that was the bare minimum they could do. My mom and aunt missed out on their birthday wishes and "flowers" because of this mess. I normally send real flowers, but this time I wanted to try something new. Huge mistake. Lovepop, you've lost my trust and any future business. The lack of communication and reliability is just not okay.

    I discovered this place on TikTok and thought I would try it out by ordering the Valentine's pop up roses and hydrangea bouquet flowers. They came early, were packaged well, and were in great shape. The only downside was that I paid extra to watch the delivery process, but never got a link or any updates. But in the end, it was worth it. I can't give feedback on the website itself, but I definitely recommend them overall.

    I was a little unsure about ordering from this website because people had said they sometimes get their orders late, but my order actually arrived a day early! And the stuff I got was really good quality, especially the bouquet - it was made of tough cardstock that felt strong and well put together. It came with its own envelope, a notecard with a little envelope, and a big piece of cardstock to keep the bouquet safe.

    I recently bought an anniversary card from this company and I have some mixed feelings about my experience. The cards are really cute and well-made, but the shipping took way longer than it should have. I ordered it early enough, but still had to wait 9 business days for it to arrive, even though they said it would be 4 to 6 days. It was frustrating, especially since it's just a flat envelope - are they delivering it by bike or what? It seems like I'm not the only one who had shipping problems, as 41% of reviewers gave them a 1-star rating mostly because of delays, even when they paid extra for faster shipping.     Flowers for Valentine's Day

    I was so excited to surprise my crush with flowers for Valentine's Day! I placed my order nice and early, but unfortunately, they still haven't arrived. It's been over two weeks since Valentine's Day and I'm feeling really disappointed. I did get a refund, but that's not the point. I just wanted to make someone's day special, you know? I've seen other people leaving bad reviews from Valentine's Day too, so I know I'm not alone in feeling let down. Come on, you gotta do better than this! Don't just blame it on the weather - find a way to make sure deliveries are made on time. You had a two week notice, so what's the excuse? I get that delays happen, but this many bad reviews isn't just a coincidence. Sort it out and make your customers happy, okay?

    I really wish I had looked into this company before I bought from them. The percentage of disappointed customers is way too high at 41%, and now I see why. The card I ordered didn't show up when it was supposed to, even though I paid extra for fast delivery. The customer service hasn't been helpful at all, and now I'm struggling to get my money back.     Mother's Day card order

    I tried to order a card for Mother's Day online, but I had some big problems with the website. Even though I put in the right addresses for delivery and billing, the website mixed them up not just once, but twice! So I had to cancel my order two times, which was really annoying. Now I have to wait for my $40 refund, which is a pain. I thought an online card store would do better, to be honest.

    I never used to have any trouble getting cards sent to my family, but this time it was a real mess! I ordered Mother's Day cards a month ahead, thinking they'd come in time. But nope. I had to call customer service twice - first for the missing original shipment, and then for the replacement that also never showed up. Only one out of three people got their cards. They said they'd do overnight shipping with a tracking number for the first replacement, but that never came through. I checked the addresses, and they were right. I've sent cards there before no trouble. This time, I had to have the cards sent to me and paid to send them out myself. What a pain! I'm not ordering from them again. And they say I have $20 in credit that expires? No thanks, I'll pass.

    Anniversary card mix-up

    My mom received her anniversary card with the wrong name on it, such a bummer. I was so excited for the big day and it ended up being spoiled. Non-cool at all!
