Online shopping return experience
I had a pretty bad experience shopping online with this company. I sent back two tops I didn't like using their shipping label, but after three weeks, they said they never got my package. When I contacted them, they just said they never got it. The problem got worse because they use a third-party shipping service (Pitney Bowes) that can take up to 10 days to pick up packages from the post office. They weren't helpful in fixing the issue, and I couldn't even get a hold of Pitney Bowes. So now, I'm out a lot of money with no items or a refund. Plus, the clothes I got from them were not great quality, and the colors didn't match the photos online. I should've listened to the reviews and won't be buying from them again.

Sports-themed photo book
The uploading pictures and formatting my photo book was so easy, eh? And let me tell ya, the final product turned out even better than I could've imagined. The photo book looked real fancy, like something you'd find in a fancy store, ya know what I mean? It's wild to think all I did was upload some pics from my phone and order it online. I made a photo book all about my grandson's first basketball season, with a sports theme and all, and let me tell ya, it turned out absolutely gorgeous. My son even got a little jealous of how good it looked, now he's thinking of making his own book too!

Reusable Cosmetic Puffs
I just bought some reusable cosmetic puffs and I have to say, I'm pretty happy with them. They work well for cutting down on using disposable cotton balls when putting on astringent. But I did notice that on a few of the puffs, the edges are a little rough and can be a bit scratchy on sensitive parts of my face. Still, I do like that I can throw them in the washer and dryer to clean and use them again.

The stuff I ordered was really bad quality and didn't meet what I was hoping for. I was super let down by the whole thing. When I tried to return them and get my money back, it was a big hassle dealing with the company. Dealing with their terrible customer service was just straight up frustrating.

Quick and efficient flex service
Zipcar's been pretty handy overall, especially for getting to the airport. Their customer service is always quick to help whenever I've had to get in touch. But, I had a rough time with an electric car not too long ago. The battery died so fast that I had to stop and charge it not long after setting off. This unplanned pitstop tacked on an hour to my trip, and to top it off, I had to dish out extra cash for the charging time.

Ordering my ancestry DNA test was super easy. The website was simple to use, and I had no trouble placing my order. The results I got were so helpful for my research into my family background. As a writer working on a book called Ancestral Notes and Histories, the info I got has been priceless. Right now, I haven't looked into getting any medical details because I'm really focused on digging into my family's past.

Minecraft modding course
The support on this online platform is so slow and unresponsive. It's hard to communicate with their team and the customer service is basically non-existent. I signed up my son for a Minecraft modding course and ran into a bunch of problems because they weren't clear on what computer specifications were needed. Even though I asked specifically about different computers being compatible, I was given the wrong information and ended up having issues with the software. It's really disappointing how they're not helping or taking responsibility for the problems. I wish I hadn't picked this platform for my son's learning. I really don't recommend using this service.

Order cancellation due to billing address discrepancy
I recently made an order and was pretty bummed when I found out it got cancelled with no real explanation. Apparently, customer service said it was because the billing address didn't match the credit card address. It was weird and annoying because I've never had this problem before. It doesn't make sense that someone trying to scam would actually pay for an order. It left me feeling unsatisfied with the whole thing.

Buy cool bag
I got this bag, eh, and it looks pretty cool on me. I ordered it online, eh, and the website was easy to use. It came super fast, eh, and I'm gonna use it for a trip in May. It's good for travelling, eh, but not so great for everyday use. It's kinda heavy and not big enough for all my stuff, eh. The laptop compartment is a bit hard to get to and the compressing flap gets in the way, eh. I still use my old bag for school and stuff, eh.

Large order with defects
I just made a big purchase and ran into a bit of trouble. Out of all the stuff I got, two things were busted. The rubber pad on the paddle hairbrush was all loose when I opened the box, and the pump on the 100ml oil wasn't working right. I ended up spilling some oil while trying to fix the pump. After checking it out next to my old pump, I saw that the tube on the new one was wider. And on top of that, I wasn't too thrilled with the 8 free gifts that came with my order - two of them were just sample sachets.

Glasses bifocals
The guy who helped me, Richo, he was really smart. He helped me choose my glasses and answered all my questions about those fancy lenses. He even loaded everything into my shopping cart so I didn't have to bother. It was quick and simple!
