    Ripoff price increase

    I can't believe how bold this company is for hiking up their prices by so much! A $5 to $6 jump per hour is just outrageous. I used to really like using this service, but now it's way too expensive for me. It's just not worth it anymore, and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.

    Joined a car-sharing service long time ago

    I signed up for that car-sharing service ages ago when it was just starting out. You could pick up a car at one spot and drop it off at another, with designated spots all across the city. But now, well, you can't do it like that anymore. When I heard the news, it was a real bummer. I wanted to cancel, but they wouldn't give me my money back, even though I asked right away and hadn't even used it yet. The prices are through the roof now, and it's not even as user-friendly as it used to be. I just don't understand it.

Luckily, customer service was super quick to help me out and refund my money without any issues. Plus, the $15 student yearly membership is perfect for college students who don't have a car of their own.

    Overcharged, Poor Customer Service, Unpleasant Vehicles

    So, I just had this awful experience with the car rental service. They slapped me with a crazy fee for bringing back the car just 14 minutes late. I tried reaching out to customer service for help, but they had me waiting on the line for ages before the call just cut off. And to top it all off, the cars I rented smelled like a big ol' party - reeking of pot and even had some empty booze bottles lying around. Like, seriously? That's not how you're supposed to be doing business. I can't even begin to imagine how they would handle an actual emergency. I've decided to cancel my membership and find myself another service provider.

    Quick on-the-go car rental

    I used to count on this service for a fast car rental whenever I needed one, but lately, my experiences have been pretty terrible. The cars were usually dirty and some even had damage. One time, I booked a car and showed up to find out it wasn't even there. Just recently, I tried to renew my membership for a specific day, just to be surprised that it wouldn't be approved right away after I paid. The customer service reps were all over the place with their info on refunds, and I never got that call back from a supervisor like they said I would. The whole thing just left me feeling really frustrated and let down.

    My experience with signing up for Zipcar was pretty disappointing, eh. Turns out there were no cars available in my city, even though they were still showing up on Google Maps. When I tried to cancel my membership just 5 minutes after signing up, they wouldn't give me a refund. The person I talked to in customer service said they'd call me back, but that never happened, eh. Shows a lack of follow-through and communication on their part, for sure. All in all, my whole thing with Zipcar wasn't great - service and transparency were definitely lacking, eh.

    Recent Suspension of Account

    I've been using the service for a bit now because my car's been out of commission. Everything was fine until about a week ago when they unexpectedly suspended my account. I was told on the phone that I'd get an email to explain, but it's been 10 days and still nothing. I've tried contacting Customer Services a bunch of times to sort it out, but haven't heard back. It's frustrating because I need a car and using Uber is costing me way more than I can handle.

    Bad experience

    I gotta tell ya, I had the worst time dealing with this car rental place. I've gone with them a few times now, and it's been nothing but a pain. One time, I rented a car for a couple of days, and when I went to pick it up, the whole thing stank like weed so bad it made me wanna hurl. The smell stuck around the whole time I had the car, and let me tell ya, it was absolutely gross.

    I was so let down by my experience with this car rental service. They tacked on all these extra fees and charges for no reason at all, and the customer service was just not helpful or polite. The system kept messing up, making everything so frustrating and taking up so much time. I wouldn't suggest this service to anyone.

    Car rental service

    I've been using this car rental service since 2006 and gotta say, I'm pretty happy with it. One big plus is that it's way cheaper than regular car rentals since it already includes gas and insurance. I like that there are more cars available, making it easier for us to find one. But, there have been some problems like struggling to open the car, tire pressure issues, random warning lights flashing, and sometimes weird smells in the car. Despite those little bumps in the road, I still think this service is great overall.

    Signed up, got charged $15 without knowing, asked for refund, still not done. Scam alert!

    So I signed up for this thing, eh? And then all of a sudden, they went and charged me $15 without even asking! I was like, what in the world?! So I asked for my money back and to cancel my account, but they still haven't done it. It's kinda sketchy, like they're trying to scam me or something. Better steer clear of them, believe me!

    Trip Cancellation

    So, I had this rough time with a car rental service I used for a day trip. Everything seemed fine with my reservation, but on the day of the trip, they told me the car I booked wasn't available anymore, without giving any reasons. It put me in a tough spot because I had planned the trip with others and made reservations ahead of time. I tried getting in touch with customer service, but got no response or explanation. The lack of communication and accountability was a big letdown and really tainted my whole experience with the service.

    Quick and efficient flex service

    Zipcar's been pretty handy overall, especially for getting to the airport. Their customer service is always quick to help whenever I've had to get in touch. But, I had a rough time with an electric car not too long ago. The battery died so fast that I had to stop and charge it not long after setting off. This unplanned pitstop tacked on an hour to my trip, and to top it off, I had to dish out extra cash for the charging time.

    My recent experience

    Today, I had a really rough time with those guys. They promised me a discount, but I didn't see it in my account. I had to send them proof via email for them to finally give me the discount, but there was still a balance left. Instead of just taking it from the discount, like I expected, they made me update my card info first, which seemed a bit sketchy. Now they took my money and I feel like I've been fooled because the discount was already applied.

    Maintenance and appearance

    The tire pressure light was on which kinda stressed me out on my trip. Also, the car I rented had some dents on it, so I snapped some pics for proof. But I was in a hurry to get where I needed to go, so I didn't have time to tell the company about it. I think it should be the parking lot attendants' job to let the rental company know about any damages and make sure the cars are well-maintained.
