Velma Bartoletti

I recently booked a van rental service for my upcoming move to a new flat. But guess what? The night before moving day, I got an email saying my booking was cancelled! No other options, just cancelled. Talk about leaving me high and dry! Now I'm scrambling to find another rental service, and it's costing me more money and extra stress. And to top it off, I reached out to customer service for help, but didn't hear a peep back. That's just not cool, totally not cool.
