Meal replacement shakes
I just bought these Meal replacement shakes from this company and let me tell you, they are absolutely fantastic. I've tried other options before and these shakes are way better. The flavors are so yummy and I love that there's a bunch of different choices to keep things interesting. And if one flavor isn't my favorite, no big deal. These shakes really help me stick to my healthy eating plan because I can have smaller, more frequent meals without all the extra sugar that can mess things up.

Subscription cancellation issues
I sent an email to cancel my subscription because there weren't any cars around, but they kept charging me. It was a total nightmare trying to contact customer service. Finally, in March, after going back and forth so many times, the issue was finally resolved.

dress for a special event
I was so excited about this big event I had coming up, I decided to treat myself and ordered a gorgeous dress online. But weeks went by, and no sign of my dress. No updates, no explanations, just a random refund. I mean, I got my money back, so that's something, but seriously, what about customer service? Do yourself a favor and avoid this company, they don't follow through on what they promise.

Good clothes but bad return policy
I bought some really nice clothes from that store a little while ago and everything was good until I tried to return something. They say on their website that returning stuff is easy and they'll cover the shipping costs, but when I tried to do it online, the label they sent me didn't work. I emailed them to get it fixed, but all they did was send me their return policy. They never responded to my other emails! It seems like all they care about is selling things and not giving refunds. I won't be shopping there again, they're scammers for sure.

FITE subscriptions and PPV events
I signed up for a few FITE subscriptions like FITE+ and also tried out Triller and NWA. But I was bummed out when I saw that even though I cancelled them before they were supposed to renew, I still got charged for more subscriptions and pay-per-view events. I reached out to customer service, but they weren't very helpful and seemed worried about my account security. So, I'm going to contact my credit card company to deal with these charges that I didn't authorize.
