Quick on-the-go car rental
I used to count on this service for a fast car rental whenever I needed one, but lately, my experiences have been pretty terrible. The cars were usually dirty and some even had damage. One time, I booked a car and showed up to find out it wasn't even there. Just recently, I tried to renew my membership for a specific day, just to be surprised that it wouldn't be approved right away after I paid. The customer service reps were all over the place with their info on refunds, and I never got that call back from a supervisor like they said I would. The whole thing just left me feeling really frustrated and let down.

Online order mishap
So, I recently ordered something online from this store and let me tell you, the whole thing was a letdown. I got an email saying my order wasn't ready yet and I'd get another email when it was good to pick up. But then on the day I was supposed to go grab it, I got a message saying my stuff got canceled because I never went to pick it up. What really ticked me off was that I never got a heads-up that my order was actually ready for pickup beforehand. I tried to reach out to the customer service team through email a few times to tell them how I felt, but unfortunately, I never got a single response back. The fact that they dropped the ball on communication and follow-up really let me down.
