    Purchased shoes

    I just bought a pair of shoes from that store, and honestly, I was super disappointed with the customer service. They canceled my order and instead of owning up to it, they tried to pass the blame onto the vendor. Their apology email didn't seem sincere at all, and they didn't even try to fix things. To be real with you, dealing with them was pointless, so I'd suggest just ordering straight from the manufacturer.

    On Cloud shoes

    I got a new pair of On Cloud shoes from Fleet Feet not long ago, and I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the quality. These were my second pair of On Cloud shoes, and I don't even wear them that much – mostly just on weekends. But still, the rubber sole started to split and fall apart after only a few months. When I reached out to Fleet Feet about it, they pretty much brushed me off and said the shoes are only supposed to last six months. I couldn't believe how little they cared about their customers or the lousy quality of the shoes. So yeah, I won't be buying On Cloud shoes or anything else from Fleet Feet ever again.

    Yeah, so I got these super cool shoes and socks from the store, eh? But when I tried to cancel my order, they didn't have a customer service number for me to call! I had to email them and it took AGES for them to reply. And then get this - they said I couldn't cancel my order even though it had only been like an hour since I placed it. Not cool, eh?

    Expensive shoes

    I bought these pricey shoes back on April 27 from this store, but they ended up breaking in less than three months. So, when I went back to the store to complain, they told me that their guarantee only lasts for two months. I couldn't get them replaced or fixed, which left me feeling pretty disappointed. The quality of the shoes wasn't up to par, and the customer service at the store was lacking.

    Insoles for plantar fasciitis

    I just got some insoles for my plantar fasciitis at Fleet Feet. The person helping me was new but that didn't really matter to me. I tried a few pairs and ended up going with the "RUN dynamic cushion high arch" ones because they felt awesome on my arch. They were a bit expensive at $55, especially since I usually go for the cheaper Dr. Scholl's. Sadly, just after the 2-month warranty ended, my plantar fasciitis started acting up again and the insoles weren't as comfy as before. I had tossed the box with the receipt, so I couldn't return them. It's a lesson learned, I guess. I was hoping for more durability for the price I paid.

    Walking shoe purchase

    I went to the store in January 2022 looking for some walking shoes because my feet were hurting. But the staff there were not very helpful and actually quite rude. I felt like they didn't want me there and were treating me unfairly. It really bothered me and now I don't plan on going back.

    Brooks Ghost shoes purchase

    I picked up a pair of Brooks Ghost shoes from this store not too long ago and at first, I was pretty happy with how they fit and how comfy they were. But after wearing them for less than 6 months, the plastic support inside the back of the heel started to bend down, giving me a sore Achilles. The salesperson who helped me out was really nice, and the shoes felt great at first, but I was really let down by how quickly they wore out. The store only offers a 2-month warranty, which seems way too short for $220 shoes. I've had shoes that cost about the same from companies like Rockport and Dunhams that have lasted for more than a year without any problems. The store did offer me 10% off my next purchase, but that doesn't make up for the fact that I can't wear these shoes anymore. I think I'll take my business somewhere else and stick to brands that have a better track record for quality and durability.

    Karen, Green Hills, patient, best shoes

    I gotta say, Karen over at the Green Hills spot was amazing. She was so patient with me, really taking the time to get what I was looking for before suggesting the perfect shoes. In the past, I've had some awful encounters where workers just wanted to sell me the priciest option, but Karen was not like that. She really wanted to help me find the best match in terms of fit and style. I can't thank her enough for the top-notch service and knowledge she provided.

    Shoes that didn't fit

    I bought a pair of shoes that didn't fit well, eh. When I returned them, it took a whopping 2 months for me to get my money back, eh. Two months is way too long for a simple return, especially nowadays when technology should make things quicker, eh. I had to actually give them a call to remind them to do the refund, which shouldn't have been necessary if they had the right systems in place, eh. Overall, it was a pretty disappointing experience, eh.

    Awesome shoes for my messed up feet!

    These shoes are amazing for me. I have lots of foot issues like plantar fasciitis and my ankles cracking all the time. But after wearing these shoes for a 2 mile walk and standing all day, my feet didn't hurt at all! I decided to size up and get a wide width because I wear an ankle sleeve, and I'm really happy I did. They fit perfectly and are really comfy. I suggest sizing up and getting a wide width because they're a bit snug. I'm really pleased with my purchase overall and these shoes have really helped me.

    I recently went to Fleet Feet as a customer and I was super impressed by the huge variety of running shoes they had in store. The staff there knew so much about each shoe's different features and they helped me find the perfect pair that suited all my needs. Their customer service was outstanding, they were so friendly and attentive the whole time I was there. The pricing was reasonable considering the top-notch quality of the products. Plus, the delivery was quick and efficient, my shoes came in perfect condition.     Hoka Bondi shoes

    I've been all about shopping local for a while now, so I'm a regular at this store. But, when I ordered another pair of Hoka Bondi shoes online recently, I was pretty let down to find only one shoe in the box. It was frustrating, but I gotta give props to Sean, the store manager, for quickly fixing the mistake and providing top-notch customer service. They not only corrected the error, but also gave me a discount to make up for it. Even though I was bummed about the mix-up with the quality control, I'm happy with how everything turned out and will definitely keep coming back for their great fitting advice.

    Karhu running shoes splitting in few months

    I've been a regular at the shoe store in Pleasanton for more than twenty years. The service has always been top-notch and the shoes are top quality. But, when I got a pair of Karhu running shoes last time, they started falling apart after just a few months. I showed the store my receipt, but they said they couldn't find the transaction. It's frustrating to see the service going downhill and the lack of responsibility.

    I picked up a new pair of runnin' shoes and got some internal foot support at this store, and I gotta say, the service I got was top-notch. The staff were super helpful and knew their stuff when it came to the products they were sellin'. I've been dealin' with some joint pain in my knees, but they were able to hook me up with the perfect shoes. Not only did they set me up with a sweet pair of kicks, but they also recommended an internal foot support that has been a game-changer for me.     NB shoes and thin insoles

    I had such an awesome experience with customer service at FleetFeet! The first time I went to the store solo, I was greeted by this lovely lady named Ally at the West Lane location in Columbus. She was super welcoming and helped me find the perfect pair of NB shoes. When I went back a second time, Ally was there again and I was so happy to see her. She knew everything about the products and answered all my questions with expertise. I ended up buying a pair of thin insoles that she suggested, and they have really made a big difference in my comfort while walking and running. Turns out, Ally is actually the manager of the store! Her leadership and knowledge left a lasting impression on me. All the other staff at FleetFeet also do an amazing job, but Ally really stood out to me from the start. Just like my mom always says, "First impressions really do matter." Keep up the awesome work, Ally! Thanks for the excellent customer service and for helping me find the perfect products.

    I was all set to get some new running shoes to beat my brother in our race, but Fleet Feet went and canceled my order! I was willing to wait longer for my shoes, but they just said they couldn't fulfill it and didn't even give me a chance to pick something else. Now the prices are higher elsewhere, and I'm stuck without shoes to outrun my brother. Fleet Feet really let me down!

    I recently bought a pair of running shoes from this shop and it was a great experience. When I walked in, a staff member named Tracy came up to me and asked if I needed help. I told her what kind of shoe I wanted and she brought out exactly what I was looking for. Tracy took the time to have me sit down and let me try on the shoe in different sizes until we found the perfect fit. Her help was outstanding and made my shopping trip enjoyable. This all went down at the shop in Lawrenceville and I have to say, Tracy deserves a perfect 10 for her customer service. I'll definitely be back at this shop for more purchases in the future.
