The person working at the store in Giltbrook was super helpful and patient when helping us with custom lettering for a football shirt. We really liked his friendly attitude and sense of humor, especially with all the renovation going on at the store. All in all, we got fast and great service. Thanks a lot!

I just received my order and it's all mixed up! They sent me the wrong colors for my miracle balm and pencil. I can't even find the order number to try and sort this out. I've tried calling and emailing, but no success. Now I'm stuck with products that I can't return.

Sorry, bud, but listen to this. So, I bought my wife two pairs of earrings, right? Well, only one pair showed up. I got on the horn with customer service right away, sent 'em all the proof of my order. I kept at 'em for three whole days, calling non-stop, but I couldn't get a hold of anybody – just kept gettin' hung up on. Finally, after loads of tries, I got through to someone who understood my problem and told me they'd fix it up. But you know what? The next day when I checked back like they said, they straight up ignored me. Man, I'm tellin' ya, this whole runaround and lack of fixing things up, it's just real disappointing and gets a fella all worked up, eh?

I went to the store in January 2022 looking for some walking shoes because my feet were hurting. But the staff there were not very helpful and actually quite rude. I felt like they didn't want me there and were treating me unfairly. It really bothered me and now I don't plan on going back.

I bought some yarn to make a blanket for my daughter and it arrived super fast, even though it came from another country. The Tuscan yarn is so soft, perfect for a cozy blanket. My only worry is that it might rip easily and not hold up in the washer, but I might be just overthinking it. Other than that, the quality is top-notch and the colors are gorgeous. I'm really pleased with my purchase and thinking of buying more to make a blanket for my friend's wedding.

For real, the customer service at this place is a total joke, eh? I got myself a slick black leather jacket online, and it showed up lookin' mint, but sorry to say, it didn't fit quite right. I dug through the whole package huntin' for return info, but came up empty-handed. So I shot 'em four emails askin' for a return label so I could ship it back. I went the extra kilometer and phoned up one of their stores, and a super nice lady told me she'd let the big shots know about my problem. But dang, despite all the hustle, still haven't heard a peep from 'em. Feels like they don't give a damn about their customers once they've made a sale, eh?

I've been a customer of this company for over four years now, and I can say without a doubt that I've always had great experiences with them. Even though I'm in North America and the flowers and gift baskets are going to Europe, every order has arrived on time and in perfect condition. This reliability is really important to me, and I appreciate how careful and efficient FQ is. The prices are fair and the products are always top quality. Overall, I'm really happy with the service they provide.

I bought my buddy some 6mm boots from that company the other day. Sadly, they were too big when he tried them on. I got in touch with customer service to see if we could swap them, and they told me to send them back. So I shelled out for the return shipping, only to get an email saying the boots were now "used" because I took them out of their packaging and removed the tags. They said I had to pay for shipping if I wanted them back. This whole thing really got me cheesed off and let down by their return policy and customer service.
