    I got a couple things a little while ago and paid with Apple Pay. But hey, one of the things I ordered wasn't in stock, so they promised me a refund. It's been two months already and I still haven't seen that money back. I've tried reaching out to customer service by email, but the replies I'm getting seem like they're just copy-pasted and not doing much to help. It's frustrating that they're not owning up to their mistake or actually helping me out. All in all, my time dealing with this company has been a letdown when it comes to both their service and the stuff they're selling.

    x3 Sweatshirts Purchase

    I recently bought x3 Sweatshirts from the website and I've been having a real issue with customer service. I've been trying to get a returns label for the past 4 days and I haven't heard anything back. I even contacted the Mayfair store to see if they could help me follow up with customer service, but no luck there either. It's frustrating to feel like my questions are constantly being ignored. It seems like I'm not the only one dealing with these problems, as other customers have also left negative reviews about the brand's service. In this day and age, it's not okay for a luxury brand to treat their customers like this. The lack of responsiveness and help with returns is really disappointing, especially when most other retailers make the process so easy.

    Returns Label Delay

    I had a pretty bad experience recently with this brand's customer service when I needed a returns label. Waited for 4 days, tried reaching out by email, but got no response. It was so frustrating because they usually pride themselves on giving top-notch service. Finally got the label, dropped off the package a week ago, but the tracking says it's still not picked up. I feel really let down and frustrated by the whole thing. It's definitely given me a bad impression of the brand and made me think twice about buying from them again.

    Oversized Sweatshirt Purchase

    I just bought this super big sweatshirt from this brand, and man, I gotta say, I'm totally let down by the quality. I threw it on for a day, and bam, I spotted these orange stains on the fabric. It almost looked like the color was bleeding out or something. I shelled out €200 for this sweatshirt, so I was expecting way better quality and for it to last longer. Trust me, avoid this brand at all costs. Don't waste your money on anything from them.

    Hey there, so I recently picked up something from this store and man, what a letdown! The folks working there fed me some wrong info about the sizing, so I ended up snagging a jacket on sale that I couldn't even return. And let me tell you, the fit was all off - sleeves too long, loose threads everywhere. This thing looked shabbily put together and definitely wasn't worth the big bucks I dropped on it. I wrote up a review online, but I'm not holding my breath for it to show up. Their customer service has been pretty MIA, and I'm still waiting to hear from that 'concierge' they mentioned. Honestly, I'd tell anyone thinking about buying from this brand to steer clear - what you pay just doesn't match up with what you get.

    Hey friends, I bought some really nice stuff online but it never came. The folks at ANINE BING just kept apologizing without actually refunding my money. It's frustrating and I'm pretty disappointed. I definitely wouldn't recommend shopping there, look for another place instead!

    I used to really like this brand and had a few things I loved from them. But my last visit to the store totally put me off. The service was so rude and unhelpful, it left me feeling really mad and let down. I won't be going back there again. If you're thinking of trying them out, maybe try the Covent Garden store or order from Selfridges instead. Just a heads up, returns are a pain and the staff aren't much help with that. The good news is, not shopping here anymore might actually save me some cash!

    I recently picked up a hoodie for my daughter and to be honest, it didn't go so well. When the hoodie showed up, it had this super strong chemical smell that made me worried about the quality. My daughter was so pumped to wear it, but when she washed it on a delicate cycle, it pretty much fell apart and left fluff all over her other clothes. I reached out to customer service, or their fancy "Concierge" service, and they were quick to respond at first. But once I sent over proof of the wrecked hoodie, they ghosted me for weeks. The lack of follow-up and not fixing the problem was super frustrating. Plus, the fact that there aren't any reviews on their site makes me question if they're even legit. After this mess and reading other similar reviews, I'd suggest getting Anine Bing products from a reliable store with better service and return policies.

    Black leather jacket

    For real, the customer service at this place is a total joke, eh? I got myself a slick black leather jacket online, and it showed up lookin' mint, but sorry to say, it didn't fit quite right. I dug through the whole package huntin' for return info, but came up empty-handed. So I shot 'em four emails askin' for a return label so I could ship it back. I went the extra kilometer and phoned up one of their stores, and a super nice lady told me she'd let the big shots know about my problem. But dang, despite all the hustle, still haven't heard a peep from 'em. Feels like they don't give a damn about their customers once they've made a sale, eh?

    I'm super frustrated! I got these fancy boots that were supposed to be amazing, but they turned out to be a total scam. They were fake leather and way overpriced. I only wore them for a few hours and they completely fell apart! On top of that, they wouldn't even stay up on my legs, they kept slipping down. I'm never shopping at that store again!

    Grey hoodie with printed logo

    I'm so disappointed with the grey hoodie I bought recently with the logo on the front. The quality just didn't cut it for me, especially for what I shelled out for it. I was hoping for something better, but what I got felt flimsy and poorly put together. And that logo? It looked like it would rub off after a couple washes, which is not cool for something this expensive. All in all, I wish I hadn't bought it and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone else.

    Sweatshirt purchase with bleach stain

    I bought this sweatshirt for $200 and washed it once. I noticed an orange bleach stain on it after washing. I followed the washing instructions carefully and washed it alone, so I don't know how it happened. I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement, but the same thing happened again. It's been over 14 days since my first purchase, and I'm waiting to hear back from them. If this is the quality I can expect from this place, I probably won't shop here again.

    Delphine flats shoes in black

    I got these shoes in black and I was really looking forward to wearing them. But after just wearing them twice outside, the bottom got all scratched up and the black started coming off to show a gross white material underneath. I phoned customer service and the woman I spoke to just dismissed me and said it's normal wear and tear, which I don't think is fair at all because I hardly wore them. I was really let down and now I don't think I'll ever buy from them again.

    So I recently ordered some jeans and a leather jacket online and they arrived looking just like they did in the pictures, and the quality is top-notch. The only problem was the sizing, so I had to return them. Unfortunately, the customer service was nowhere to be found. I called multiple times, sent emails, and even tried hitting them up on social media, but got no response. It took forever to hear back, and even then, I wasn't sure if my return was being processed.     Poor Quality Assurance

    I'm really bummed about the stuff I just bought. I paid a lot for them, but they're not as good as I thought they'd be. The plastic sunglasses are all wonky when I wear them, the Mika shirt's shoulder is all bunched up, and there are pen marks on the other shirt. And don't even get me started on the sweaters - they look old after just one wash! I thought I was getting quality stuff, but I was wrong. I'm not happy about this at all.

    Missing free gift with purchase

    I recently bought something from their website and I was so excited because I got a free gift with my purchase, a tumbler. It was clearly listed in my cart when I was checking out, and it was also mentioned on my order confirmation. But when my order showed up, there was no tumbler in there. I was pretty bummed out, so I got in touch with their customer service for help. They said they’d look into it and send me the missing tumbler. But, sadly, I never got any updates or the tumbler that was promised to me. To top it off, I later found out that the tumblers were actually for sale on their website after this whole mix-up. It was really disappointing and frustrating. I still like the brand and their products, but from now on, I’ll probably shop at other stores, especially when they have deals on her stuff.
