I just bought something from Allbeauty and was happy to see that they shipped it from the UK right away. The order was right and I liked that they kept me updated on the delivery. But I was let down that they didn't use USPS tracking, so I didn't know where my package was. Even with that, I still think Allbeauty is a good company. I went ahead and let USPS know about the tracking problem.

I just bought something online and the customer service was terrible. I sent them a bunch of emails and even followed up, but it's been almost a week and I still haven't heard back from them. On top of that, they gave me a tracking link for the delivery that didn't even work. It feels like they're just trying to mess up. I had a much better time shopping in person, but their online service is a total mess.
