I recently bought x3 Sweatshirts from the website and I've been having a real issue with customer service. I've been trying to get a returns label for the past 4 days and I haven't heard anything back. I even contacted the Mayfair store to see if they could help me follow up with customer service, but no luck there either. It's frustrating to feel like my questions are constantly being ignored. It seems like I'm not the only one dealing with these problems, as other customers have also left negative reviews about the brand's service. In this day and age, it's not okay for a luxury brand to treat their customers like this. The lack of responsiveness and help with returns is really disappointing, especially when most other retailers make the process so easy.

I've been a loyal customer of this company for over two years now and I've always been happy with their products. But let me tell you, my recent experience with their return policy really impressed me. I bought something that just didn't work out for me, so when I reached out to return it, I was pleasantly surprised by how quick and easy it was. They refunded me right away and even suggested I donate the item to someone in need instead of sending it back. That kind and generous gesture really says a lot about the company's values and it's left a great impression on me. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and compassion they showed in handling my return.
