    x3 Sweatshirts Purchase

    I recently bought x3 Sweatshirts from the website and I've been having a real issue with customer service. I've been trying to get a returns label for the past 4 days and I haven't heard anything back. I even contacted the Mayfair store to see if they could help me follow up with customer service, but no luck there either. It's frustrating to feel like my questions are constantly being ignored. It seems like I'm not the only one dealing with these problems, as other customers have also left negative reviews about the brand's service. In this day and age, it's not okay for a luxury brand to treat their customers like this. The lack of responsiveness and help with returns is really disappointing, especially when most other retailers make the process so easy.
