Investment consultation and account setup
The folks over at Masterworks, especially Matt and Alanna, were so great and really took their time to help me out. Matt answered all my questions about my investment and made sure I was good with everything before moving forward. He didn't push me to invest more than I wanted to, which I really appreciated. Alanna helped me set up my account and walked me through each step, making sure I knew what was going on. She even showed me how to use my account and suggested I download the Masterworks app for easier access.

Pillows for my daughter's room
I am redoing my daughter's room and was looking for pillows to make her bed super cozy. I came across the perfect ones at a store! They had a wide variety of colors and sizes, and the prices were just perfect. I was considering returning some, but I loved them all too much so I ended up keeping them all. #HappyCustomer

"Don't Tread on Me Shirt"
This company is ridiculous! They promote listings, take a cut, and then just decide something violates their rules out of nowhere. What rules, exactly?! "At our discretion" is not a rule that makes any sense. And they even said they might close down my shop because of a simple political statement. How about trying to control freedom of speech? I won't be using this platform anymore, that's for sure.

Parcel mix-up
Oh man, what a total nightmare! So I showed up to grab my package, and the person at the spot said it was actually a case. Like, talk about major confusion! I tried reaching out to customer service through chat, but guess what? Nobody was around to lend a hand on a Sunday. Total bummer. It felt like I was being completely duped. Lesson learned, I’m never using this service again.

Legacy vape
So I just bought the new Legacy vape from this company, thinking it would be better than their old stuff. But man, was I let down by the quality and how it works. I got it early as a beta version, and now they want me to pay more to get the stuff they said it would have in the first place. Feels like they're tricking me, not cool. Honestly, this company seems like a mess and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else.

Buying stuff on WeVideo
WeVideo is awesome for beginners because it's really easy to figure out. But sometimes I wish there were more fun features to play with, like freeze-frame and fancy fonts. Another thing that bugs me is that my preview keeps giving me trouble when I'm editing. It takes so long to load and I end up having to refresh the page all the time. It's frustrating, especially considering I have a pretty new laptop and strong wifi.

Soft-soled leather shoes
I just bought my daughter a pair of soft leather shoes with flexible soles, and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how well they're made. They're super comfy for her and they seem really durable, which is important because she's always on the go. The cute patterns are just a bonus, and I love that the soles are so flexible - it lets her move around naturally. I can totally see why Robeez is so well-known for their innovative kids' shoes.

I bought some cycling shorts from this company and they were super comfy and stylish, perfect for long rides on the trails. Defective shoes refund
I've been waiting for my refund since February 22nd. I bought a pair of shoes, but they were the wrong size and had some wear on them. It seems like they were just trying to clear out their defective stock by putting them on sale. These shoes were made in Turkey, but the price was way too high for the quality. As a loyal customer, I'm really disappointed and won't be buying from them again.
