    Thanksgiving shopping

    So I went to this store for the first time, hoping to find two ceramic serving items for Thanksgiving. I asked three different employees for help, showed them pictures of what I wanted, but nobody knew where to find them. They sent me to the gardening section, which was nowhere close to where I needed to be. After stumbling around, I finally found the items myself and couldn't help but shake my head at how clueless the staff was.<br><br>Then, at the checkout, I questioned if a flimsy piece of paper was enough to wrap the ceramics. I could hear the dishes clinking together as the lady handled them, and that just made me shake my head once more. Overall, it was a pretty frustrating experience.

    Online order mix-up

    I placed an online order for some home decor stuff and picked the in-store pickup option. But when I went to get my order, the store told me I had already picked it up. I was so surprised because I hadn't even been there yet! The online help team couldn't get a hold of the store, and the store employees didn't know what was going on. It's annoying that I might have to involve my credit card company to get a refund for stuff I never got.

    Purchased rug and rug pad

    I bought a rug and a rug pad at this store recently. I was not happy when I saw that the rug was not the size I thought I was getting - it was shorter and wider than the 8x10 I paid for. Also, when I mentioned the mistake to customer service, I was not satisfied with their response. They basically said rug sizes are just estimates and they couldn't do anything to fix it, except suggest I return the rug. I felt like they weren't taking responsibility or trying to make things right, and it left a bad taste in my mouth. Because of this experience, I won't be shopping there again.

    Attic insulation job

    The folks from this company did a great job insulating my attic. They were professional, friendly, and got the job done quickly. I was really impressed by the quality of their work and how efficient they were. Rick, who was around the most, was super friendly and easy to talk to. All in all, I'm really happy with the service they offered.

    Pillows for my daughter's room

    I am redoing my daughter's room and was looking for pillows to make her bed super cozy. I came across the perfect ones at a store! They had a wide variety of colors and sizes, and the prices were just perfect. I was considering returning some, but I loved them all too much so I ended up keeping them all. #HappyCustomer

    Table purchase

    I just bought this lovely table online for my dining room and was really looking forward to it arriving so I could finish up the decor in my house. But when I went to check on the delivery at the store, I was so bummed out by how little help I got. I wandered around for a while trying to find someone to assist me, but it seemed like there was no one around except for the cashiers. I left feeling pretty annoyed and I might think twice about shopping there again in the future.

    This store is such a letdown when it comes to returns, eh. I just tried to return something within the 90-day window as a member of the insider perks program, but they wouldn't take it back, you know. It's annoying to see a store push away a loyal customer over something as simple as a return request, eh.

    At Home purchase

    I was really let down when I went to the At Home store in Kennesaw, Georgia recently. It used to be one of my go-to spots, but things have definitely gone downhill. There were barely any employees around, rugs all over the place, damaged pictures stacked up, and shelves empty. Not to mention, they were slapping new price tags over the old, cheaper ones, which is sketchy. It was sad seeing familiar faces missing and the whole vibe of the store being a mess. Hopefully they can get things together and bring back the old charm.

    Recent visit to store

    My recent trip to the store was amazing. The store manager was super friendly and helpful. The store was so clean and easy to find my way around. The employees clearly care about their job, everything was neat and tidy. They had so many products to choose from and I found exactly what I needed. I had a great shopping trip and will definitely come back again.

    So, I needed to get some new bed sheets and I figured I could just order them online, but I ended up making a mistake. My parents ended up taking me to the store and we had a chat with some really friendly employees. They helped us pick out the perfect bed sheets and were really nice to me, even though I messed up. I had a blast at the store and I'm excited to go back again!

    As soon as I walked into the store, this really helpful staff member named Angie greeted me. She guided me through my search and gave me some really good recommendations. Her professionalism and knowledge made my shopping experience pretty enjoyable. Then at the checkout, another staff member named Alex told me about sales on some of the items I chose, which I didn't even know about. His attention to detail and care for customers really impressed me. I just wanna say thanks to the staff at this store for their exceptional service. Thank you Angie and Alex!

    Desk Lamp

    The desk lamp I bought was fine but the customer service was so disappointing. I ordered online and when the lamp didn't come, I tried to contact the company. But there's no way to talk to someone about your order - you can only send an email, which isn't cool in this day and age.
