    Online order mix-up

    I placed an online order for some home decor stuff and picked the in-store pickup option. But when I went to get my order, the store told me I had already picked it up. I was so surprised because I hadn't even been there yet! The online help team couldn't get a hold of the store, and the store employees didn't know what was going on. It's annoying that I might have to involve my credit card company to get a refund for stuff I never got.

    Gift purchase for Mother's Day

    My experience with Oxygen Boutique was a total nightmare. I ordered a gift for Mother's Day way ahead of time, but then found out days later that they hadn't even processed my order. When I tried to cancel it, they still ended up delivering the item, even though I didn't need it anymore. Dealing with the returns was a pain, with extra fees and a long wait for my refund. Their customer service was terrible, and they even threatened legal action and contacted my employer when I left a bad review. I suggest steering clear of Oxygen Boutique and going with a more trustworthy retailer instead.

    Rugs, consistent quality, easy to clean, affordable

    I've bought so many rugs from this place, like maybe my third, fourth, or even fifth one now, and I always love the quality. They're easy to clean and they don't cost too much, so I don't feel too bad about getting new ones every few years. In general, I've had a really good shopping experience for rugs here.

    Dive computer purchase

    I bought a dive computer from your company, but was bummed out when I discovered there was no charging cable included. I contacted customer support for help, but they told me to buy the charger from a third-party store because you don't sell it directly. The problem is, I don't live in the US, so that's not an option for me. The rep opened an email case for me, but I haven't heard anything back since then. Now I'm stuck with a pricey dive watch that I can't even charge, making it pretty much useless.

    I reached out to the company about this issue where someone took email addresses from my work and added us to their mailing list. I brought up the problem of spam but haven't heard back from them at all. It's frustrating to see a company say they have a no spam policy but not do anything about it.
