When I realized that my product was lost, I reached out to request a refund, but I have been met with complete silence. I have sent multiple emails asking for a resolution, but it seems like Oxygen Boutique is not interested in helping me at all. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service from them. I would not recommend anyone to shop from Oxygen Boutique as my experience has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing.

I ordered a gift for Christmas on November 28th from this store. Unfortunately, my item still hasn't been shipped because there are stock issues with the distributor. Even though I'm disappointed about not getting my order, I have to say the customer service at this store is really great. They understood my situation and quickly refunded my order when I asked.
