Silk blouse with lace details
I recently bought a silk blouse with pretty lace details from this shop, and let me tell you, I was super disappointed with the quality of the item I got. The blouse came with loose threads and messy stitching, which made me doubt the overall craftsmanship of the product. I contacted customer service to talk about my concerns, and even though they were quick to respond at first, the process to fix it has been a total nightmare. It's been months since I asked for a refund, and I still haven't gotten my money back. It's like they're hoping I'll just forget about it and move on! Well, I'm not going to let that happen. Customers shouldn't have to deal with low-quality products and bad service like this. Be careful when you buy - you might never see your money again!
Dresses not fitting
Hey everyone, I'm feeling super annoyed! I ordered three dresses and none of them fit me properly. Plus, one of the dresses had a weird issue where I couldn't even get it over my head. It's such a waste of money and time, eh?
Gift purchase for Mother's Day
My experience with Oxygen Boutique was a total nightmare. I ordered a gift for Mother's Day way ahead of time, but then found out days later that they hadn't even processed my order. When I tried to cancel it, they still ended up delivering the item, even though I didn't need it anymore. Dealing with the returns was a pain, with extra fees and a long wait for my refund. Their customer service was terrible, and they even threatened legal action and contacted my employer when I left a bad review. I suggest steering clear of Oxygen Boutique and going with a more trustworthy retailer instead.
Next day delivery order
I had a really bad experience with Oxygen Boutique's service. I ordered something for next day delivery, but the courier never got it. I tried for two weeks to get a hold of the store for some answers, but all I got was useless responses. Instead of owning up to their mistake and sending me the product, they just kept giving me the runaround and expected me to sort it out.
Order placed with incorrect delivery address
I ordered something from Oxygen Boutique and they charged me right away, but didn't give me an invoice so I couldn't double-check the details. When I saw that they had the wrong delivery address, I sent them two urgent emails to let them know. They replied saying they fixed it, but the package still went to the wrong place, which turned out to be a funeral home. Oxygen Boutique said they had shipped it before they got my emails, but then why did they send me emails saying they changed the address? I had to contact the funeral home and the widow to get my package, since Oxygen Boutique didn't help me or refund my shipping costs. Their customer service was terrible and they didn't care about fixing the problem.
Easy ordering process, fast customer service, timely delivery, well-packaged items
I just bought something from Oxygen Boutique online, and it was a breeze. The website is so easy to use, making it super simple to find what I needed and buy it. I had a few questions, and when I asked for help, they got back to me right away with really useful answers.
Unhelpful customer service
I had a really bad experience with this company. I accidentally placed an order and right away tried to cancel it, but they said it was already shipped. They promised to help with the return, but that never happened. The lack of honesty and giving me the wrong info is not cool. I highly recommend not buying from this company, there are way better choices available.
Cheapest Tonie character.
So, I bought this really awesome Tonie character during a Black Friday sale, eh. It was such a good deal, you know? But then, like, two weeks went by and still no delivery. I sent them an email and they got back to me right away. They said their supplier let them down and they weren't going to get their orders. But their customer service was amazing! They even emailed me back on a Sunday night. How neat is that, eh?

I got some Christmas presents on Black Friday, and I was really pumped to receive them. But then my order got delayed. I was pretty disappointed, but I sent an email to inquire about it. They responded right away and were really friendly. They apologized for the delay and mentioned that the suppliers were overwhelmed with orders from the sale. The following day, my order showed up. Yay!
Scooter purchase
I ordered two scooters last week and they just arrived today. The scooters were exactly what I expected and I'm really happy with the service. I would definitely shop on this site again. I had to contact customer service about one of the orders, but they got back to me quickly and let me know it was being shipped directly from the supplier. Within a day of our conversation, the scooter was at my door. I appreciate the fast response and delivery. Thanks for helping me put a smile on two kids' faces with their new scooters.

A few weeks back, I bought some makeup from this online store when they were having a sale - everything was half off! Ordering was easy peasy and I got my package right on schedule. The products were just like they were described and the quality was great. I'm happy with my purchase and would totally shop here again in the future.
Bad delivery experience
I took a picture of my delivery, but it ended up at the wrong house! It took customer service forever to get back to me, and then they accused me of lying! Seriously, all I want is my stuff or a refund. So rude!

I recently found this really cute dress on sale and it arrived really quickly, even though I'm living in the US now. The delivery was fast, and I was constantly updated on the dress's whereabouts. Discounted clothing item
I messed up by buying a really cheap item for my vacation without checking the return policy first. They only allow returns within 14 days, but I missed that deadline because I was out of town. And to top it off, they won't take back discounted items, which wasn't clear in their policy. The item I got seemed like it had been returned a bunch of times - all wrinkled up and lousy quality. Definitely steer clear if you want good stuff or fair return options.

Well, I gotta admit, I was a little unsure about ordering from this place after seeing some not-so-great reviews. But my whole experience was a bit of a wild ride. The service was a bit slow to start with, but they did come through for me in the end. My first package went MIA thanks to a lazy postie, but they quickly sent me a replacement. It was a bit of a headache, but they made up for it. I ended up scoring some amazing stilettos and a killer faux leather jacket that made me feel like a total rockstar. So, all things considered, I'd say it was worth the trouble.

I just bought a new part for my breast pump from Oxygen Boutique because the manufacturer wasn't helpful. Oxygen Boutique's customer service team was fantastic and really helped me out. Now I can't wait for my replacement part to arrive. I'm so thankful for Oxygen Boutique's amazing help and I totally recommend their customer service. Thanks again for the awesome service!
Quick delivery, great customer service
I just bought something from this online store and I was really happy with how it all went down. The thing I got came quick and was just like it was shown on the site. Whenever I had a question, the customer service folks were quick to help, super friendly and supportive. I really liked how professional and attentive they were. I'll for sure be coming back to shop here again.
Elvie Breast Pump
I had a terrible experience with Oxygen Boutique. I ordered the Elvie Breast Pump back in November 2023 and have been trying to get an update on my order for the past three months. When I realized that my product was lost, I reached out to request a refund, but I have been met with complete silence. I have sent multiple emails asking for a resolution, but it seems like Oxygen Boutique is not interested in helping me at all. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service from them. I would not recommend anyone to shop from Oxygen Boutique as my experience has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing.
Gift purchase for Christmas
I ordered a gift for Christmas on November 28th from this store. Unfortunately, my item still hasn't been shipped because there are stock issues with the distributor. Even though I'm disappointed about not getting my order, I have to say the customer service at this store is really great. They understood my situation and quickly refunded my order when I asked.
