Issue with invoice retrieval
I'm having a frustrating problem trying to get my invoices from the platform. I've reached out to customer service many times and explained the issue, but haven't gotten it fixed yet. It's been a whole year of fighting to see my Blinkist bills, and I'm let down by how the company hasn't been helpful in communicating or solving the problem.

Reservation not received
I just booked a car rental with this company, but it turns out the car rental company never got my booking. I tried to get help from customer service, but all they offered was a chat service that was super slow. They couldn't fix the problem and to make matters worse, they didn't give back their booking fee and wouldn't refund me. I had to deal with the headache of calling my credit card company to dispute the charges. Overall, the service was really unreliable.

Recent purchase - speaker system with limited customization options
I recently bought a speaker system that really let me down because I can't change much about it. I spent a lot on these speakers, only to find out I can only use them with their own system. It's disappointing because my $600 subwoofer is useless without their specific app. These speakers won't work with my existing HiFi setup, which limits me as a consumer. If I want to upgrade any part of my speaker system later on, I'll have to stick with this brand only. It's annoying to be stuck in a closed system when it comes to audio gear. It's a good idea to do some research before buying speakers that restrict your choices. If you go for products that work with more things, you can make a better audio system for less money and still have options.

I had a terrible experience with Oxygen Boutique. I ordered the Elvie Breast Pump back in November 2023 and have been trying to get an update on my order for the past three months. When I realized that my product was lost, I reached out to request a refund, but I have been met with complete silence. I have sent multiple emails asking for a resolution, but it seems like Oxygen Boutique is not interested in helping me at all. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service from them. I would not recommend anyone to shop from Oxygen Boutique as my experience has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing.

RedBubble only gives a small cut to the artists, which is not cool at all. How are they supposed to make a living? The Tier program that started in May 2023 is really taking too much from designers in the "Standard" tier. It's just not fair. I'm just starting out and I don't see how I can make any money selling my designs here. I might as well go to Amazon or TeePublic where they pay more.

I bought the 28 pieces of Mochi Squishy Toys Filled Hearts with Kids Valentines Cards for a Valentine's Day party recently and I'm so happy with it! The squishy toys are so cute, and I love that each one is wrapped in a little plastic heart with a sweet card. The only tiny issue I had was tying the card onto the toy with the string, but I figured it out. I went shopping with my mom at this store in the mall, and the lady working there was not helpful at all! She ignored us and didn't seem interested in helping us find what we needed. I asked her about a different size of the black skirt I wanted, and she was really rude about it. But then this other girl named Alex stepped in! Alex was so nice and helpful, she found the right size for me and even gave me some great ideas on what to wear with it. I felt really good after talking to her, and now I want to go back just to see her again!

The video-sharing platform I used to trust isn't cutting it anymore. Vimeo doesn't tell you all the rules and limits of their plans, which can be super frustrating when you hit unexpected roadblocks. I mean, there's even a weekly upload limit they conveniently forget to mention in the plan info. And after hearing others complain about the same stuff, I've decided to find a new platform for my videos. It seems like Vimeo cares more about getting people to buy their most expensive plan instead of helping out freelancers like me.
