Bite-sized info documentaries
The masterclasses were interesting, but I found myself craving more in-depth information. It would have been helpful if they offered short courses to better cater to what their audience wants. I was disappointed by the lack of transparency and the sneaky renewal charges that popped up after a year of signing up.

Booking storage with app
Even though there was a little hiccup when we were reserving, the storage place was shut on the day we booked it. But the customer service team was on it right away and sorted everything out. I gave them a 5-star rating for their quick help and because we've always found the storage service super handy.

Platform limitations not clearly communicated
The video-sharing platform I used to trust isn't cutting it anymore. Vimeo doesn't tell you all the rules and limits of their plans, which can be super frustrating when you hit unexpected roadblocks. I mean, there's even a weekly upload limit they conveniently forget to mention in the plan info. And after hearing others complain about the same stuff, I've decided to find a new platform for my videos. It seems like Vimeo cares more about getting people to buy their most expensive plan instead of helping out freelancers like me.

Frameless mask disappointment
I recently had a really bad experience with a frameless mask that I bought from this store. Last weekend, as I was using it, the mask just blew up in my face, and it was really scary and annoying. I contacted the store right away for help, but I still haven't heard anything back from them.
