    I just ordered a 3 mm shorty from this store and I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised. The delivery was lightning fast and the size I got fits me like a glove. The quality of the shorty is top-notch and I can't wait to try it out on my next dive.     As someone who's spent a lot of time teaching scuba, let me tell you that the gear I got not too long ago is really top quality. It's well-made, well-designed, and tough as nails. And the fact that it's easy to get fixed up if something goes wrong is a big bonus. I've seen a lot of dive shops in Canada and the USA stocking this brand, which makes it super easy for me to grab any extra gear I might need. All in all, I'm really happy with what I picked up and would absolutely suggest it to any other divers out there!

    I recently bought some scuba gear and let me tell you, it was a total waste of time and money. The equipment is all flashy and expensive, but it's not really practical. The regulators are a pain to maintain, making it a hassle. Plus, the company doesn't really care about customer issues, so you feel ignored. If you're serious about diving, look for better gear. Don't be fooled by the "technical diving" marketing - it's just a gimmick. Do your research and get equipment that's actually worth the money you worked hard for.

    Scubapro Uwatec Galileo dive computer

    I've been using Scubapro Uwatec dive computers, like the Galileo model, for almost 1000 dives. One of the reasons I chose this brand was for the SmartTRAK software, which let me move and study dive details on my PC. But when I got a new PC with Windows 10, I had trouble transferring dives because of compatibility issues. Even though I contacted Uwatec and my local dive shop, I didn't get any help or recognition. This lack of help and communication was disappointing. So, I've decided to switch to Suunto for my next dive computer purchase.

    Chromis computers

    At Scuba Pro, the customer service is not up to par in my opinion. The products are decent when they work, but I have not had much luck with the Chromis computers. I've gone through three of them, and each one broke in different situations. One stopped working while I was on a flight, which I think may have been because I tried to change the settings while in the air. The other two broke while I was just wearing them like a regular watch at work. Dealing with customer service for these products has been a bit of a headache. Having to send them in and then go pick them up from a dealer is a hassle, especially since most dealers are only open during typical business hours. I also didn't get much assistance when I called for support, as the techs wouldn't tell me what the issue was with my computer. All in all, a very frustrating experience with both the products and customer service.

    Dive computer

    Yeah, so I got this really cool dive computer a little while ago and let me tell you, it's been awesome! I've had it for 7 years now and haven't had any issues with it at all. I just changed the battery after 7 years, no big deal. The only downside is the bracelet, it broke after about a year or a year and a half. It's kind of frustrating because the computer itself is amazing. I mean, why wouldn't they make a better bracelet for such a high-quality piece of equipment, right? Oh well, at least the computer is easy to use and has nice big letters that make it easy for me to see underwater. All in all, I'm pretty happy with it.

    computer, black mantis, battery support

    This place is just terrible. I bought a black mantis computer for about 400 euros recently and now I can't get it fixed because they won't consider replacing a 10 cent battery support. Everything was fine with my computer before this happened. I'm really upset that they won't give me more options to solve such a simple problem. If this is how they deal with repairs, I can't imagine how they deal with other customer problems. I won't be telling anyone to go to this place.

    Scuba computer purchase

    Hey there, so I've been diving for quite some time now and I recently bought a new dive computer from a legit store in Hong Kong. Bummer though, 'cause not long after getting it, the wrist strap started falling apart on me. Super irritating and disappointing, especially since this brand is known for making tough and dependable dive gear. I did some digging and found out that they're now making these dive computers in Indonesia, not Switzerland like before. This change kinda worries me about the quality and durability of their products. I've heard about others having the same issues, with straps breaking often and no warranty coverage. Honestly, not cool for a brand that used to be all about top-notch dive gear. I'm pretty let down and would urge anyone thinking of getting Scuba Pro stuff to do some serious research first.

    Faulty HUD

    I recently bought a dive computer with a heads-up display, thinking it would be top-notch for my underwater adventures. But, turns out it's not great at all. The air integration feature keeps failing, so I can't rely on it for my tank levels when I'm underwater. The alarms are too quiet to be useful, and if the battery dies, I have to go through the hassle of sending it in for a reset. The display itself is hard to see clearly, which just adds to the frustration. I'm really disappointed with my purchase and have decided to sell it and get a more reliable dive computer instead. I'd recommend that others avoid this particular HUD, it's just not worth the money.

    Bad Nova Scotia semi-dry suit

    This Nova Scotia semi-dry suit is just terrible. The neck seal ripped the first time I tried to put it on and Scuba Pro blamed me for it. Every time I tried to get it over my head, it just tore even more. My husband had the same problem with his suit. Initially, it kept the water out, but after a year and a half, the seams started coming apart and now there are huge leaks. The middle part completely fell apart and now it can't even hold any water in. It's really disappointing how bad the quality turned out to be.

    Overpriced gear

    As a seasoned scuba diver, let me tell you, the gear I bought was totally overpriced. It feels like you're just shelling out extra for the fancy brand name and all the hype it's built up over the years, rather than the actual quality of the stuff. When I was on the go, it was a real hassle because the gear didn't mesh well with other industry standards due to all the special features and connections. It was pretty annoying and sometimes downright frustrating.

    It's annoying when a website doesn't have any contact info and the tracking updates are lacking. I only saw updates for a few days after it was shipped until it got to Spain, and then nothing. No more tracking updates or contact info, so I just gotta trust that they're legit. I'm always hesitant with sellers who don't give out their contact info (the only way to reach them is through the FAQs), and once they have your credit card and money, they try to avoid any communication. And to top it off, the tracking email they send is a no-reply email. Now I just cross my fingers that my package arrives soon and in one piece, and if I need to return it, I hope they don't dodge me like they did with the contact and tracking stuff.

    Dive watch broke

    So I picked up this dive watch and I was so pumped to try it out 'cause I'm all about exploring underwater and checking out all the cool marine life. But man, can you believe it? That dumb watch conked out on me after just a bit of use! I was careful with it and everything, but it still gave up on me. Like, what the heck? I'm so let down and I definitely won't be getting another one from that brand. Crazy, right?

    I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with the dive watches I got from this store. Honestly, they went above and beyond what I expected for the price.     Scuba Pro is just the absolute worst store ever, eh? My mom went and got me a wetsuit from them, but it ended up being way too small, even though we did our best to go by their dumb size chart. And when I went to try and exchange it, they flat out said no way, eh? I swear, talking to their customer service is like talking to a brick wall - they're so darn rude!

    BCD malfunction

    I bought a BCD from this company not too long ago, but it ended up breaking soon after. I tried reaching out about the warranty, but the responses I got were not helpful at all and there was very little communication. The quality of the product was pretty disappointing, especially considering how expensive it was. I won't be buying from them again, and I would recommend that others stay away too.

    I bought Scubapro stuff a couple of years ago and let me tell you, dealing with their customer service in Turkey was a total nightmare. I reached out to Scubapro directly for help, but the person they sent me to didn't even know how to fix my gear properly! I tried contacting Emre, who's supposed to be the Scubapro expert in Turkey, but he never got back to me. I even complained to Scubapro headquarters, but they just made me feel bad for speaking up. Recently, I tried reaching out to Scubapro in Turkey again, and guess what? That same incompetent person is still there. Scubapro HQ suggested I send my gear all the way to France for servicing, but that would cost me a fortune! I could literally buy a whole new set from a different brand for that price!
