Review about: Sheet Music Plus
Older music sheets
I just bought some old music sheets that are hard to find these days. When I got my order, only 5 out of the 20 copies were there – no info on when the rest would come. It made getting ready for a performance tricky. But, a month later, the other 15 copies showed up, so I could finally get the music I needed. It's nice to have everything now, but a heads-up on when they were coming would've been really helpful.

Old guy needed help with computer
Ya know, I'm pretty up there in age at 72 and not too tech-savvy. I was trying to figure out this thing on my computer called Dashlane, but man, it was just not happenin' for me. But then along comes Peter from customer support, and he's just the bomb. Super patient and friendly, he helped me out big time. Thanks to him, I now have Dashlane up and running smoothly on my Firefox browser.

Final sale clearance item
So, I had a pretty bad experience at this store not too long ago. I picked up this final sale clearance item, thinking it was a steal, but turns out it was defective and not at all what was described. When I tried to return it for something else or store credit, they hit me with the news that Nordstrom doesn't do returns on final sale items. I was downright shocked and mad. I mean, even places like Marshalls have a better policy for clearance stuff. It's just annoying not being able to swap out for the right size without trying stuff on first.

Custom gaming controller purchase
I just got this custom gaming controller and wow, it's amazing! Way better than any of those "pro" controllers I was looking at. The back buttons are a little off, but I've gotten used to them pretty quickly and now I can easily press each one. I kinda wish I had gone for the tactile buttons, though. I can see how they could be helpful now.

Wetsuit purchase
Scuba Pro is just the absolute worst store ever, eh? My mom went and got me a wetsuit from them, but it ended up being way too small, even though we did our best to go by their dumb size chart. And when I went to try and exchange it, they flat out said no way, eh? I swear, talking to their customer service is like talking to a brick wall - they're so darn rude!

Nightmare Before Christmas and Harry Potter gifts

My kid is super into The Nightmare Before Christmas, so I snagged some awesome gifts that he totally loves. And of course, I splurged on some Harry Potter treats for myself because, let's face it, who doesn't adore Harry Potter? The products are top quality and they have such a huge variety. my kit purchase
I was totally pumped to get my science kit, but when I went to grab it, I had to shell out some more cash! I felt kind of played, wasn't fair man. I was getting super ticked off 'cause nobody was getting back to me from the company. But then George reached out and sorted things out for me. He said I didn't have to pay those extra fees anymore. I was so relieved and happy that my problem was finally fixed. Big thanks, George!

suspension lift kit
I recently bought a suspension lift kit and had a bad experience with customer service. After waiting a week with no updates, I called to check on my order. The person I talked to was really rude and unprofessional. They didn't help me at all and spoke to me rudely before hanging up. This kind of behaviour is not okay and doesn't look good on the company. As a customer, I deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism, which I didn't get. I've decided to cancel my order and shop elsewhere.
