    Custom gaming controller repair

    I just sent in my custom gaming controller for repairs, hoping to get it fixed and back to me quickly. However, when I got it back, it was in worse shape than before. The customer service was terrible - couldn't even reach them easily. I feel like I got ripped off $500 because I waited a year for my controller, only to be told they sent it back with no tracking number. This is the worst company experience ever.

    I recently splurged on a fancy controller that had all the latest bells and whistles. But when it arrived, I found a few little scratches on it that bummed me out. So, I got in touch with customer service to see about swapping it for a perfect one since I paid a pretty penny for it and it came with a top-notch warranty. At first, they were cool about it and said they'd help me out. But when it came time to sort out the shipping for the swap, they went silent on me. It's been over a week now, and no matter how many times I've bugged them through emails and other ways, they haven't bothered to get back to me. I'm super frustrated and let down by their lack of communication and follow-through. They might make good stuff, but their customer service stinks when it comes to sorting out problems.

    Smooth purchase process

After a month of hearing nothing, they said it would be sent back the next week, but it never came. I've tried calling and emailing them many times, but no response. It feels like they're completely ignoring me. I loved the controller, but their customer service after the purchase has been really disappointing.

    Accessibility controller malfunction

    I bought an accessibility controller from this company and I was so disappointed. I paid for express shipping and 'skip the queue', but I still had to wait for months for it to show up. When it finally arrived, it didn't even work from the start. The button mapping didn't work and some of the extra buttons I ordered were missing. The quality of the controller was awful, especially for the amount I spent. When I asked for a refund, they said I had to send it back to the United States at my own cost. They also wouldn't refund the 'skip the queue' or express shipping fees. It was such a waste of money and dealing with this company was really frustrating.

    I've been using my custom controller for a bit now, and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with how well it's holding up. The quality and durability really stand out. The tweaks made to keep it lasting long were totally worth the money. The customer service folks are quick to help out with any questions or problems, and they fix things fast. Yeah, these controllers might cost a bit more, but the level of customization you get makes it a solid buy. I'm already thinking about getting another one for my other consoles down the road.

    Custom-built white controller with buttons over paddles

    The custom white controller with buttons and paddles is seriously incredible. The way it's set up is just perfect, and I can't stop using it. I've tried controllers from other companies in the past, but none of them compare to the top-notch quality of this one. I decided to add resistance to the right thumb stick, and I'm definitely going to get both resistances on my next controller.

    Cheap feeling controller

    I just bought a controller from this company and honestly, I'm pretty bummed about it. The controller feels super cheap and weak, definitely not worth what I paid for it. I was really hoping for some rumble or vibration function, which is pretty normal nowadays for controllers. Overall, I wish I hadn't bought this and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.

    I bought a modded controller from the store not too long ago and, to be honest, the whole experience was kind of a letdown. When I tried to place my order, it was really annoying that the system made me use the same billing and shipping address. This was a problem for me because I had just moved and needed the controller sent to my new place. Even though I was frustrated with that situation, I was still pretty stoked to finally get my hands on a modded controller that I had been eyeing for years. The controller itself is top-notch - works like a charm and meets all my expectations. But, man, the ordering process could definitely use some improvements.

    Fast delivery, controller with stick sway

    I got my controller pretty fast, so that was good. But guess what? After only 5 months of using it, I started noticing some problems with the sticks getting all wonky. Thankfully, I had splurged on the warranty, but man, if I hadn't I would've been super bummed out, especially 'cause that thing cost me almost 300 bucks.

    So like, I bought a controller not too long ago, eh? But turns out it had a defect, so I had to ship it back, you know? The address they gave me was all wrong, so it ended up causing a big mix-up and now it's been nearly two months without any word on my refund. I tried talking to PayPal for help, but they're just as useless as the company.     One-handed controller for disabled/partially paralyzed individual

    I ordered a one-handed controller from this company back in January. I paid extra for faster processing because it needed to be shipped internationally. They said it would take 4 weeks, but by February, I still hadn't heard anything. When I contacted customer service, they said it would ship early the next week, but it never came. I've been trying to get support and cancel my order since then, but I haven't heard anything back since February. Now, I keep getting automated review requests for something I never got. It seems like this company might be trying to scam me out of my money.

    Controller repair service

    I'm not happy with the controller repair service I got from this company. Even though Jacob was good at keeping in touch and talking to me, the controller came back in worse shape than when I sent it. I shelled out almost $300 for the repair, but the controller still acts up and doesn't work right. They told me to tweak some settings, but I know what I'm doing and the real problem is the bad repair job. I'm just not satisfied with how things turned out and I wouldn't suggest their controller repair services to anyone.

    Accessible controller purchase

    I bought a "accessible" controller for my son who has a disability about a year ago. At first, everything was fine, but after about ten months, the d pad stopped working, so the controller was no good. I contacted the company for help, and they said it was under warranty and told me to send it back for a free repair. I packed it up carefully and used tracked delivery to make sure it got there safe. But after two weeks, I got an email saying my "ticket was closed" and I could rate their service. It's been a while now, and I still haven't got the controller back or any replies to my emails following up. It seems like Evil Controllers has vanished with my son's controller, leaving us without an important tool for his gaming fun. Their lack of communication and follow-up is really disappointing.

    Awesome controller

    This place is seriously the bomb! The customer service was amazing, man. I asked them to switch up my order and they were totally chill about it. The controller I got is so cool, just like they promised. No way am I ever going back to a regular controller. And check it, they hooked me up with an extra 2-year warranty. Hopefully, this controller lasts way longer than that, though.

    I found there was a lack of communication on the status of my order, so I had to make several calls to get updates. I finally received a shipping confirmation after the item had already arrived. I'm happy with the quality of the product, but I do wish that items that were out of stock were communicated earlier during the purchase process.

    I just got this custom gaming controller and wow, it's amazing! Way better than any of those "pro" controllers I was looking at. The back buttons are a little off, but I've gotten used to them pretty quickly and now I can easily press each one. I kinda wish I had gone for the tactile buttons, though. I can see how they could be helpful now.

    Controller sent in for repairs

    I had to send in my controller for repairs because it was worn out, but luckily it was still under warranty. It took about 2 weeks for them to complete 3 out of the 4 repairs I asked for. I made sure to write a detailed paragraph explaining what needed fixing. They removed the tactical triggers I didn't need anymore, added paddle mapping, and replaced the paddles that were double-clicking. Unfortunately, they couldn't fix the stick drift on the left analog stick like I had asked. Luckily, I have another controller to use while I wait.
