So like, I bought a controller not too long ago, eh? But turns out it had a defect, so I had to ship it back, you know? The address they gave me was all wrong, so it ended up causing a big mix-up and now it's been nearly two months without any word on my refund. I tried talking to PayPal for help, but they're just as useless as the company. Honestly, I feel like they're just messing with my money and it's super irritating that no one there seems to care about fixing this problem.
