Fire pit
I bought a fire pit for our patio recently and it's been a great addition to our outdoor area. The design is modern and cool, and the quality is really good. But, I did have a small problem with the delivery. Even with that little hiccup, I was super happy with the customer service I got. They were really helpful, quick to get back to me, and did everything they could to sort out the issue fast. It's nice to see such great customer service in today's world.

I'm so impressed with how great my canvas print turned out and how quickly it was shipped to me! The colors are so vibrant and the details are nice and clear. Assortment of hard-to-find components
I gotta say, I was super impressed with all the different parts you can find at Parts Express. It was a real struggle trying to track down these specific items online, but Parts Express had everything I was looking for at prices that were pretty fair. Even with all the issues caused by the pandemic, they still managed to get the parts all the way to Norway in no time. Because of them, I was able to fix up my wife's grandparents' stereo, and it sounds amazing now. Big shoutout to Parts Express for their awesome service and top-notch parts. Thanks a bunch!

Ordered clothes online
I ordered some really nice clothes online, but I never got an email confirmation. So, I sent them a bunch of emails asking what was up. Finally, they let me know that the clothes got messed up during shipping. They did refund my money, but I'm not too impressed with their operation. Makes me wonder if they were actually telling the truth or just got annoyed with my emails. Either way, I won't be shopping from them again.

I found there was a lack of communication on the status of my order, so I had to make several calls to get updates. I finally received a shipping confirmation after the item had already arrived. I'm happy with the quality of the product, but I do wish that items that were out of stock were communicated earlier during the purchase process.

Glamping experience
I had a glamping trip with this company recently, and it was kinda meh. The place was gorgeous, the tent was nice and cozy, but the company's communication was lacking. It was hard to get in touch with them to get my questions answered before I went. Plus, the price was a bit steep for what I got - I was hoping for more bang for my buck. At least my booking came on time, but overall, I was hoping for a bit more out of the whole thing.
