I really love the speaker kit I got from Parts Express, eh. The quality is amazing and the price is great, eh. The customer service was so good, they helped me out with my purchase right away. Ordering was easy and quick, and my package arrived on time. I totally recommend Parts Express for anyone looking for audio or electronic stuff, eh.

I ordered something from this company not too long ago, but when I got my package, some parts were missing. I spoke to the customer service folks, and they said they'd send the missing pieces ASAP. But, I had to bug them again because they forgot to actually send them out. It's been a bit of a pain, and now it's gonna be 3 weeks total before I get everything I ordered. It's frustrating to see them mess up like this, and it seems like they don't really care about making customers happy. I'd say it's best to shop somewhere else where they actually pay attention to detail and care about you as a customer.

I gotta say, I was super impressed with all the different parts you can find at Parts Express. It was a real struggle trying to track down these specific items online, but Parts Express had everything I was looking for at prices that were pretty fair. Even with all the issues caused by the pandemic, they still managed to get the parts all the way to Norway in no time. Because of them, I was able to fix up my wife's grandparents' stereo, and it sounds amazing now. Big shoutout to Parts Express for their awesome service and top-notch parts. Thanks a bunch!

Recently, I bought some stuff from Parts Express and I gotta say, the service there has been all over the place. Sometimes my packages go missing or only part of them shows up, which is a hassle for me. And when they try to re-deliver the missing stuff, it's hit or miss – some things show up the next day, but others never come at all. Plus, there's been talk of delivery drivers signing off on stuff themselves without actually dropping off the package, which isn't cool.

Don't even bother ordering directly from this company, eh? My order was like two months late and dealing with their customer service was a total nightmare, eh? They were so unhelpful and rude - I haven't heard from them in over a month, eh? Just save yourself the headache and order their products on Amazon instead.

So, I bought something at PE the other day and man, it was a real pain trying to pay with my credit card. But let me tell you, Paypal ended up costing me more than I expected and I ended up losing money because of it.
