ServiceI ordered something from this company not too long ago, but when I got my package, some parts were missing. I spoke to the customer service folks, and they said they'd send the missing pieces ASAP. But, I had to bug them again because they forgot to actually send them out. It's been a bit of a pain, and now it's gonna be 3 weeks total before I get everything I ordered. It's frustrating to see them mess up like this, and it seems like they don't really care about making customers happy. I'd say it's best to shop somewhere else where they actually pay attention to detail and care about you as a customer.
