Parts Express - Reviews and experiences

Recently, I bought some stuff from Parts Express and I gotta say, the service there has been all over the place. Sometimes my packages go missing or only part of them shows up, which is a hassle for me. And when they try to re-deliver the missing stuff, it's hit or miss – some things show up the next day, but others never come at all. Plus, there's been talk of delivery drivers signing off on stuff themselves without actually dropping off the package, which isn't cool.

Don't even bother ordering directly from this company, eh? My order was like two months late and dealing with their customer service was a total nightmare, eh? They were so unhelpful and rude - I haven't heard from them in over a month, eh? Just save yourself the headache and order their products on Amazon instead.

I just bought some new electronics from that store and they had so much cool stuff to pick from. My package came really quickly and the service was great. You should definitely give them a look if you're in need of some new gadgets!
