So, ya know, I bought this really adorable outfit for my school dance, but then I had the worst experience ever. I didn't get my store credit and I tried to get in touch with them so many times - calling, emailing, messaging on Facebook and Insta, and even going to the store in person. But they just didn't seem to care at all. I guess I'll give reporting them a shot, but it seems like others have already done that and they're still in business.

I bought a "accessible" controller for my son who has a disability about a year ago. At first, everything was fine, but after about ten months, the d pad stopped working, so the controller was no good. I contacted the company for help, and they said it was under warranty and told me to send it back for a free repair. I packed it up carefully and used tracked delivery to make sure it got there safe. But after two weeks, I got an email saying my "ticket was closed" and I could rate their service. It's been a while now, and I still haven't got the controller back or any replies to my emails following up. It seems like Evil Controllers has vanished with my son's controller, leaving us without an important tool for his gaming fun. Their lack of communication and follow-up is really disappointing.

I recently bought some freeze-dried food and emergency supplies from Ready Project because I like being ready for anything. They had a ton of products to choose from, like easy meals and survival gear. The quality was really good, even better than I expected. It made me feel a lot better knowing I had reliable stuff in case something happened. Ordering was easy, and the customer service folks knew their stuff and answered all my questions. The prices are a bit higher, but the peace of mind you get is totally worth it. My order came quickly and was well-packed, so you can tell they care about their customers. I definitely recommend Ready Project if you want to be more prepared and self-sufficient.

I bought my 3rd vacuum, eh, and sadly, it needs to be swapped out 'cause of shoddy work. The customer service hasn't been much help and is taking forever to sort it out, eh. It's been 8 days since I asked for a replacement, but it still hasn't been sent out. I've tried calling customer service multiple times, but it's been no use, leaving me feeling annoyed and let down. I wouldn't suggest buying this product, given the lousy quality and lack of support, eh.
