    Blouse purchase

    Stay away from this company at all costs, seriously! I bought 9 blouses, but only got one. They split up the delivery - one blouse in one package, and the other 8 in another. Can you believe it? The package with the expensive stuff never came. When I called the shipping company, they said they got empty boxes from DYNAMITE. Can you imagine? This has never happened to me in all my years of shopping online. DYNAMITE is not helping at all to fix this mess. I've called them three times and got "case tickets", but still no refund for the missing blouses.

    My experience trying to return something I bought online in-store has been so annoying. They said I'd get an email confirming the return, but I still haven't gotten it. I've called both the store and customer service so many times in the last two weeks, but the problem still isn't fixed. I still haven't gotten my money back.

    Recent shopping experience

    My last shopping trip wasn't the greatest, eh? The service I got was seriously lacking in professionalism. The management team seemed all over the place and not interested in helping out us customers. They were more into chatting amongst themselves instead of making sure we had a good shopping experience. It was pretty clear they weren't paying attention to the little details or taking care of us properly. Businesses really need to put customer satisfaction first and make sure their customers feel welcomed, eh?

    My order nightmare

    Online shopping has been a complete disaster for me. I ordered some stuff, it took forever to arrive, and then all of a sudden, some items were out of stock. I tried reaching out through email, but no one got back to me for weeks. Finally got a credit, no apology or anything. I'm definitely not going to shop online here again!

    Oh my goodness, I ordered something online and it arrived really fast! They said it would take 3-5 days, but it only took 3 days, so quick! And when I went to pick up my package, there was this really friendly stylist named Goretti. She was amazing, helped me choose the perfect outfit for New Year's Eve, and didn't even giggle when I accidentally tried on the top backwards, lol. It was such a fun shopping experience, thanks a lot Goretti!

    Black high-waisted jeans

    I just bought a pair of wicked high-waisted black jeans at this store, and I'm really stoked about how it all went down. The person who helped me out was super on the ball and chill, totally unlike other places I've shopped at where I got the cold shoulder. She really went out of her way to make sure I got the right size and style of jeans. I was impressed by how pro she was and how willing she was to help me out.

    I had such a terrible experience at the store. I bought a dress, but when I tried to exchange it, the person there was no help at all and didn't give me back the extra money I paid. They told me to talk to customer service because I only had an e-receipt, which was really annoying. When I called customer service, I was put on hold for 15 minutes before I just had enough and gave up. The customer service overall was so bad, it was really disappointing. I suggest you think twice before buying anything from that store.

    The customer service at this store is just awful, eh? I ordered some clothes online and they ended up being delivered to the wrong address. I tried to reach the delivery company, but they just kept giving me the runaround, saying the tracking number was wrong. So I figured I'd try calling the store for help, but I was stuck on hold forever it seemed. Finally, I asked for a call back, but surprise, surprise - no one called me back. No package, nothing. No wonder this store has such crummy ratings, eh?

    Oversized Sweater Purchase

    I just bought this really big sweater online, and I gotta say, the whole thing was a total bummer. I dropped over a hundred bucks on it, and it never even showed up. I tried hitting up customer service a bunch of times in different ways, but they never got back to me. It's super frustrating when you feel like you're talking to a brick wall. So, I guess I'll just have to steer clear of shopping with them in the future. It's too bad 'cause they actually have some really nice clothes, but their customer service just ain't cutting it.

    I recently ordered something online from this company and ran into some issues with tracking my package. Even though I got a tracking number, it didn't work and I couldn't find out where my order was. I tried reaching out to their customer service through their app, phone, and website, but none of them were working. I wasted over an hour waiting on the phone only to be cut off suddenly. I asked her about a different size of the black skirt I wanted, and she was really rude about it. But then this other girl named Alex stepped in! Alex was so nice and helpful, she found the right size for me and even gave me some great ideas on what to wear with it. I felt really good after talking to her, and now I want to go back just to see her again!

    Online order to store lost

    So here's what happened - I tried to order something online and pick it up from the store, but it never showed up. The whole situation was a mess and their lack of professionalism was frustrating. The support team said my order was there, but when I went to check, the store had no idea about it. The chat support didn't help at all, their responses were pretty useless. And then they just stopped replying, leaving me hanging. I even tried calling them, but I was stuck in a queue for 27 minutes with no answer. Clearly, the staff at this store doesn't care much. It's ridiculous, so I'd suggest avoiding this place and spending your money somewhere else.

    Poor quality, inconsistent sizing

    Ordered online and it was a total nightmare. Got a really cheap item that was low quality. Tried to exchange it in-store but they said no way. Now they're telling me it'll take 10 business days to get my refund, seems like a total scam. Hard pass on that store in the future.

    Tight, poor quality pants

    So, I bought these pants thinking they'd be great but man, was I wrong! They look good from afar, but when I put them on, total letdown. Super tight in the crotch and the material feels cheap. I was really hoping for better quality, especially since I worked hard for the money I spent on them.
