    I ordered some clothes a month ago and still haven't gotten them. The customer service is terrible - can't reach anyone on the phone or web chat. They've been ignoring my messages. It's frustrating to pay for something and not hear anything back.

    I ordered something online a while ago, but had to return it because it wasn't up to snuff. The return process has been a real headache. It's been more than 3 weeks since Adidas got my return, and every time I ask, they just come up with excuses why they haven't dealt with it yet. This happened last time I had to return something too, so it seems like a trend. The lack of efficiency and customer service is disappointing, especially for a brand I used to rely on. Their product quality has definitely gone downhill, which is why I returned the item in the first place. Now, I'll only be checking out second-hand Adidas stuff or waiting for sales at other stores. It's frustrating to see big companies cutting corners and taking advantage of us consumers like this. We deserve better for our hard-earned money.

    I just had a really frustrating experience with the tour company. I had to leave the tour halfway through because I wasn't feeling well due to Covid-19 concerns. Even though other sick tour members were allowed to keep going, putting everyone at risk, I wasn't given the option to have my own room. The lack of care for health and safety rules made me decide to leave the tour, and I ended up missing out on what could have been a great time.

    Medical appointment room booking

    I just booked a room way ahead of time for my granddaughter's medical appointment. The tricky part was, I booked it through some third-party site without even knowing. When the appointment got moved to two weeks later, I phoned to switch up the reservation. Turns out, they wanted me to pay all over again for a brand new booking. It was so irritating, especially since the appointment wasn't until April and it was only February. I just wanted to change the date, not get a refund. Customer service was lacking, and the whole thing felt sketchy. Well, now I know better for next time.
