Custom phone case disaster
So, you know, I got this really cool custom phone case for my phone, eh? And oh my gosh, when it finally showed up after, like, two weeks, it was a total disaster! It was, like, way too big for my phone and wouldn't even stay on properly. So, I got in touch with their customer service, and it was honestly the worst experience ever! They were so rude and just kept giving me excuses about how they "forgot" to send me the right parts. Like, seriously? <br><br> Then, after waiting another two weeks, they finally sent me these tiny stickers as "fasteners." And, like, they were so small and useless, I couldn't even figure out how they were supposed to help. But they kept saying it was my fault for not using them right. It was such a headache, and all I wanted was my money back, you know? <br><br> So, if you're thinking of buying from them, just don't. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of these scammers at all costs!

Lawn mower
The lawnmower I got from this store is working really well, eh? It cuts the grass really smoothly and doesn't get stuck like my old one. Titanic visit
The Titanic exhibit was just amazing, eh? It really took me on a journey through the history of the ship, from when it was built in Belfast to its sad end on its first voyage. The exhibit did such a great job of showing the story of the Titanic, and I was totally captivated by all the little details and storytelling. I came away with a much better understanding and respect for everything that happened with the ship.

I ordered something online a while ago, but had to return it because it wasn't up to snuff. The return process has been a real headache. This happened last time I had to return something too, so it seems like a trend. The lack of efficiency and customer service is disappointing, especially for a brand I used to rely on. Their product quality has definitely gone downhill, which is why I returned the item in the first place. Now, I'll only be checking out second-hand Adidas stuff or waiting for sales at other stores. I just had a really frustrating experience with the tour company. I had to leave the tour halfway through because I wasn't feeling well due to Covid-19 concerns. Even though other sick tour members were allowed to keep going, putting everyone at risk, I wasn't given the option to have my own room. The lack of care for health and safety rules made me decide to leave the tour, and I ended up missing out on what could have been a great time.

Medical appointment room booking
I just booked a room way ahead of time for my granddaughter's medical appointment. The tricky part was, I booked it through some third-party site without even knowing. When the appointment got moved to two weeks later, I phoned to switch up the reservation. Turns out, they wanted me to pay all over again for a brand new booking. It was so irritating, especially since the appointment wasn't until April and it was only February. I just wanted to change the date, not get a refund. Customer service was lacking, and the whole thing felt sketchy. Well, now I know better for next time.
