When I finally got my package, I was so let down to see that there was nothing in the bag. So then I tried getting in touch with customer service through live chat, but they just told me my claim was rejected. It was all so frustrating that I had to switch browsers just to talk to someone. The way they handled everything was just so disappointing, with no one taking responsibility or even caring.
