Order issue with High Index Lenses
I had such a bad experience with this company. I really should've checked the reviews before I bought anything. My order was stuck on "processing" for like a whole month with no updates at all. When I emailed customer service, they told me they put my order on hold because I asked about high index lenses. So, I contacted them again, and they said they'd start up the order again. But then, another two weeks went by and it was still "processing". I decided to cancel my order, but even though they said they'd give me a refund in 7-9 business days, I had to keep asking. They kept saying the refund would go through in the next batch by the end of the week, but after two months, I still didn't have my glasses or my money back. I had to make a claim with my bank to get a refund. Honestly, this company has awful service and I wouldn't recommend buying from them at all.

Solar generator purchase
I ordered a solar generator, eh, but when I got it, it was all damaged and looked like someone tried to cover it up with paint to hide the scratches. I tried emailing them several times, but they completely ignored me. Just save yourself the trouble and check out one of their competitors, ya know?

Online clothing purchase
The customer service at this store is just awful, eh? I ordered some clothes online and they ended up being delivered to the wrong address. I tried to reach the delivery company, but they just kept giving me the runaround, saying the tracking number was wrong. So I figured I'd try calling the store for help, but I was stuck on hold forever it seemed. Finally, I asked for a call back, but surprise, surprise - no one called me back. No package, nothing. No wonder this store has such crummy ratings, eh?
