Got half the stuff
Hey, so I ordered a whole bunch of cool things, but they only ended up sending me half of them! And can you believe it, when I tried to speak to an actual person about it, all I got was some dumb AI bot. Seriously, like, ugh! I'm never shopping here again, definitely going somewhere else next time.

I've been shopping with this company for a while now, buying food and equipment for a few years. Buy 1 Get 2 Free Survival Food
I just bought the Buy 1 Get 2 Free Survival Food from this company. But, when it was delivered, some of the pouches were punctured. I reached out to customer service right away, sent all the info and pics they asked for, but no response. I was really let down by the lack of help and now I'm thinking twice about buying anything else from them. I was thinking about getting generators and gear, but this situation has put me off. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone, especially fellow Veterans who need quality products and assistance.

I bought something from this company not long ago, but I never got it. I tried calling, chatting, and emailing customer service, but I haven't heard anything back about fixing the problem. High quality products with frequent promotions.
I've bought stuff from this company a bunch of times and it's always been great. Their products are really good quality and they often have sales that make them cheaper, which is awesome for me since I don't have a lot of money to spend. I like that they keep me posted on my order status so I know where my stuff is and can relax about it.

I ordered a solar generator, eh, but when I got it, it was all damaged and looked like someone tried to cover it up with paint to hide the scratches. I tried emailing them several times, but they completely ignored me. Just save yourself the trouble and check out one of their competitors, ya know?

I recently bought the 3-month food tubs and 72-hour paks from this company. However, I was quite disappointed with their customer service. It seems like they care more about selling than actually helping customers. I tried contacting them by phone and email, but got no reply. It's frustrating to feel ignored as a customer.
Solar powered generator
My generator was working great for a year and a half, until it suddenly conked out during a power outage from tornados and strong winds. Even though customer service was helpful, my generator is now a dud and I'm stuck without power when I really need it. Feeling let down and not so sure about this brand anymore.

Food products and portable solar chargers for camping
I usually buy food stuff for camping and those portable solar chargers are awesome for my trips. I have a couple of those one week kits stashed in my 5th wheel trailer. I suggest getting these products, even though I'm not too concerned about the end of the world at my age, it's always good to be prepared.
Long-term customer experience
As a regular customer here, I just wanted to mention how great my experience has been overall. The stuff I order is always top-notch and I really like how they make sure everything gets to me quickly and in good shape. But, there's this one problem I keep running into when I try to use my $25.00 gift card. I can't find where to put in the gift card info on the order form, which is a bit annoying. It would be really helpful if they had a spot where I could leave a note about stuff like that, so things go more smoothly. Other than that small issue, I'm happy with the service and the stuff they sell here.
PR purchase
So I bought some stuff from PR and it was pretty good overall. The food was tasty and the solar equipment worked well. I got a bunch of things and the customer service was really great. But, the last batch of solar panels I got had the brand's logo on them which looked way too obvious. That kinda bothered me because they were left out where everyone could see them from the street.
Power backup charger purchase
So I picked up this backup charger from here and man, it was super disappointing. We barely even used it, just charged it up, and when we finally needed it, it wouldn't do its job. We splurged on a bunch of their products and this one turned out to be a dud. We're past the warranty period now, but they're not willing to help us out at all. What a scam! I'm never giving them my business again! They better send me a replacement since this one was defective. I already sent it back and now I'm just waiting around. They need to pick up the pace and send me a working replacement. So annoying!
Clothes I ordered
I ordered some clothes from them and it took forever to get here, eh. I kept bugging them for updates and they kept telling me they were really behind, you know? Finally got them and they were just alright.
XL 3-month supply order
I recently ordered a 3-month supply of XL items from this company. I've been a happy customer before, but this time I was let down. Out of four shipments, two arrived days apart, with boxes open and poorly packaged. There were no packing slips, so I wasn't sure if I got everything I ordered. I tried to reach customer service three times, but got no help and no callbacks. This whole thing has left me feeling unhappy and unsure about using this service again.

I recently bought some non-food stuff from this company and I gotta say, I'm super impressed. The solar battery chargers actually work like they said they would, giving me a solid power source. The AquaPure Water filter is a game-changer, it totally changes the taste of water, making even gross water taste fresh. Oh and their basic ingredients have helped me whip up some yummy meals with a bit of creativity. I love their black bean burgers, they're my go-to, I even used them to make a killer meatloaf. Overpriced Survival Kits
I recently dropped over $1,000 on survival kits from this company and man, let me tell ya, I was super let down by the whole thing. At first, they only gave me one tracking number for my order, and that just made things even more confusing because the packages showed up days apart. In the end, I ended up getting 4 packages in total, but one tub of survival meals was missing. And to top it off, the two tubs that did arrive were all covered in powdered food, so I had to clean them off before using them. When I tried to reach out to customer service, I was on hold for what felt like forever one day and then didn't even get a call back the next day. That lack of communication and attention to detail is just not cool, and I won't be giving this company my business again.
