Overpriced Survival Kits
I recently dropped over $1,000 on survival kits from this company and man, let me tell ya, I was super let down by the whole thing. At first, they only gave me one tracking number for my order, and that just made things even more confusing because the packages showed up days apart. In the end, I ended up getting 4 packages in total, but one tub of survival meals was missing. And to top it off, the two tubs that did arrive were all covered in powdered food, so I had to clean them off before using them. When I tried to reach out to customer service, I was on hold for what felt like forever one day and then didn't even get a call back the next day. That lack of communication and attention to detail is just not cool, and I won't be giving this company my business again.
