The special occasion outfits and newborn gifts at this store are absolutely amazing. I'm near their Lincoln Park store and every time I go, I'm blown away by how detailed and well-made everything is. The outfits are perfect for my kids' events, and the gifts for newborns are always a hit with friends and family. Power backup charger purchase
So I picked up this backup charger from here and man, it was super disappointing. We barely even used it, just charged it up, and when we finally needed it, it wouldn't do its job. We splurged on a bunch of their products and this one turned out to be a dud. We're past the warranty period now, but they're not willing to help us out at all. What a scam! I'm never giving them my business again! They better send me a replacement since this one was defective. I already sent it back and now I'm just waiting around. They need to pick up the pace and send me a working replacement. So annoying!

Hey there, just wanted to share my experience with the recent purchase I made from this company. I was on the hunt for Christmas gifts for my nephews and happened to come across their website over the Black Friday/Cyber Monday weekend. The products they had looked like a perfect fit for my nephews, so I went ahead and ordered the XL Otter and Hero Camp. The prices were amazing, and I ended up spending much less than I had anticipated. After placing my order, I started to worry a bit when I read some not-so-great reviews online. But to my surprise, my order arrived quickly and safely at my sister's place just in time for the holidays. So far, I'm really impressed with the service and I can't wait to see my nephews' faces when they open their gifts!
