    I found this company on Instagram and decided to get a gift for my friend's son who's gonna be a big brother soon. Kids can have a tough time with change, so it's important to show them love and support during these times. I was really happy with the product's quality and how much the company cared about the little details. They kept me in the loop about my delivery and even reached out when a greeting card was missing, going the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my purchase.     Toddler snuggler

    I got my order for a toddler snuggler the other day and I was really disappointed with it. I paid a good amount and it took a while to arrive, but the snuggler was way smaller than I thought it would be. The pictures online made it look like it would be like a baby blanket, but it turned out to be more like a tiny stuffed animal with no stuffing. I wasn't happy with it at all and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone else.

    Slumberkin and book

    Hey there! So, I recently became a customer at Slumberkins and I bought one of their Slumberkins plushies along with its book. Gotta say, I was pretty impressed with the book - the quality and the content are top-notch. I really like how it breaks down the topic of family changes and gives some positive affirmations to go over. It's definitely a great addition to our collection and I can already see how it's making a difference for my little one.

    When it comes to placing my order, I found the process to be super smooth and easy to figure out. The website had all the info I needed, and I liked that they were upfront about the longer shipping times due to everything that's going on. Even though it took a bit longer than I thought, I got a tracking number right away and everything arrived in perfect shape.

    In terms of pricing, I think what Slumberkins offers is fair considering the quality and content. It's a worthwhile investment for my child's well-being and growth. I'm looking forward to using more Slumberkins products as my kiddo gets older and faces tough situations. It's nice knowing that these items can provide comfort and guidance when we need it.

    Lost Otter doll

    My granddaughter lost her otter doll on the airplane and she was really upset about it, so I thought I'd cheer her up by getting her a new one. I decided to get expedited shipping so she could have it quickly. But it's been days now and I still haven't gotten any confirmation or tracking info. I tried emailing and messaging them on social media, but I haven't heard anything back. I thought they were supposed to be a company that helps kids, but it seems like they aren't even paying attention.

As a new mom who cares about doing business ethically, it's really disappointing to see a company in the children and family industry acting shady like this.     As a new customer, I was really looking forward to my order from this company. But my experience ended up not being as great as I expected. I spent a lot of money on my purchase and got an email saying it would ship within 1-4 days. However, after 7 days passed, there was still no sign of it being shipped. When I asked, they said they didn't have the right boxes and "messed up." I was pretty upset because they knew what they were supposed to do for shipping but still took money from people's credit cards.

    I ordered some Christmas presents from this company right before Black Friday. But when I looked at my email for the tracking details, I was surprised to see that the package had already been marked as delivered and left on my doorstep. Even though I have cameras all around my property, there was no sign of any Fedex delivery. I tried reaching out to Fedex and the company multiple times, but I couldn't get any answers or help. It's been really frustrating, and I'm so disappointed that I won't have the gifts I planned for Christmas. The lack of response and support from both the delivery company and the seller has made me feel really let down and unhappy.

    Hey there, just wanted to share my experience with the recent purchase I made from this company. I was on the hunt for Christmas gifts for my nephews and happened to come across their website over the Black Friday/Cyber Monday weekend. The products they had looked like a perfect fit for my nephews, so I went ahead and ordered the XL Otter and Hero Camp. The prices were amazing, and I ended up spending much less than I had anticipated. After placing my order, I started to worry a bit when I read some not-so-great reviews online. But to my surprise, my order arrived quickly and safely at my sister's place just in time for the holidays. So far, I'm really impressed with the service and I can't wait to see my nephews' faces when they open their gifts!
