Online infant sleep kit
I recently bought an infant sleep kit online from this company, but I never got the package. I contacted customer service for help, but they took a long time to reply and then said they wouldn't give me a refund or send a new order. As a new mom who cares about doing business ethically, it's really disappointing to see a company in the children and family industry acting shady like this. Not only did they not send what I paid for, but they also didn't do a good job of helping me as a customer. I definitely won't be buying anything from them again.
