This website is a total disaster. They sent me the wrong product, which was cheaper than the one I actually ordered. They didn't even bother to let me know about the mistake, didn't mention that the item was out of stock, and didn't offer to refund the price difference. On top of all that, the package they sent was badly done, so the bottle leaked everywhere. What a mess! I'm never buying from this site again.

I bought a pair of shoes from this store not too long ago and I have to say, I am really happy with them. I got my order for a toddler snuggler the other day and I was really disappointed with it. I paid a good amount and it took a while to arrive, but the snuggler was way smaller than I thought it would be. The pictures online made it look like it would be like a baby blanket, but it turned out to be more like a tiny stuffed animal with no stuffing. I wasn't happy with it at all and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone else.

The shoes they sell are a joke - they're trying to sell cheap products as fancy, but it's a scam. One pair of boots I got didn't even come with matching laces - they were two different sizes! I'm finishing up my last monthly subscription for a bag, but after that, I'm done with them forever.
