    Wrong cheaper product, leaking bottle

    This website is a total disaster. They sent me the wrong product, which was cheaper than the one I actually ordered. They didn't even bother to let me know about the mistake, didn't mention that the item was out of stock, and didn't offer to refund the price difference. On top of all that, the package they sent was badly done, so the bottle leaked everywhere. What a mess! I'm never buying from this site again.

    Light weight and comfortable shoes

    I bought a pair of shoes from this store not too long ago and I have to say, I am really happy with them. They look so good and stylish, plus they're super comfy and light, which is perfect for when I'm travelling. I've gotten lots of compliments on them and I'm really pleased with my purchase. The customer service was top-notch too. They didn't try to push me to buy more stuff, but they were really helpful and quick to answer any questions I had. I would totally recommend this store to anyone looking for good quality shoes.

    Toddler snuggler

    I got my order for a toddler snuggler the other day and I was really disappointed with it. I paid a good amount and it took a while to arrive, but the snuggler was way smaller than I thought it would be. The pictures online made it look like it would be like a baby blanket, but it turned out to be more like a tiny stuffed animal with no stuffing. I wasn't happy with it at all and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone else.

    Bracelets for daughter

    I got some bracelets for my daughter and she loved them! They were so nice and she wears them all the time. But when they got here, we had to pay extra for shipping even though it was supposed to be free. The company didn't pay enough for postage, which was pretty annoying.

    My recent subscription to a sports streaming service

    I signed up for a sports streaming service to watch live games, but it didn't live up to my expectations. I paid a lot of money for it, but didn't feel like I was getting value for my money. Canceling my subscription turned out to be more difficult than I thought. I had to email back and forth with customer service and even had to call them twice. It took up a lot of my time that I won't get back. Because of this bad experience, I decided to cancel my subscription and look for a different service.

    Expensive gown for wedding

    I just bought this fancy dress for a wedding at that store. It had these pretty gold prints on it and the tag said "Dry clean only". But when I took it to the cleaners to get rid of a smell, all the print got wrecked. The dress was really bad quality and I was super let down by it. I tried to reach out to customer service by email because they weren't answering on social media, but they straight up ignored me. You can't ignore customers and sell crappy stuff and expect to last. I'm definitely not buying anything else from that store.

    Rental car, extra fees

    I rented a car and had to dish out extra cash for some add-ons, then they hit me up for even more money for some repairs. I only needed the wheels for 4 days, but ended up payin' for 5. They promised me a refund in 3 days, but it's been weeks now and still no sign of it! The service is brutal.

    Misleading sizing, poor quality, misleading marketing.

    I've been tricked too many times by this company. The sizes are never right, the quality is awful, and the ads are misleading. It's so annoying to order something and have it not fit or fall apart quickly. The reviews from influencers are obviously not honest, so it's hard to trust anything on their website. Recently, I tried to return an item that was clearly the wrong size and it was a nightmare. They say they have free returns, but when I tried to print a return label within the 30-day period, there was no option for it. The shoes they sell are a joke - they're trying to sell cheap products as fancy, but it's a scam. One pair of boots I got didn't even come with matching laces - they were two different sizes! I'm finishing up my last monthly subscription for a bag, but after that, I'm done with them forever.
