    Floral Kurti purchase from an online store

    I ordered this really nice floral kurti from this online store that said they had a bunch of Indian clothes to choose from. Everything seemed good when I paid with my credit card, or at least I thought so. Then, a few hours later, got an email saying the payment didn't go through and my order wasn't confirmed, even though the money was taken out of my account. Waited for days and heard nothing about my order, tried to get a hold of customer service but didn't get anywhere. Ended up having to complain to my credit card company because of the lack of response and total unhelpfulness. Would not recommend this place for online shopping.

    I lately had a pretty bad experience with an online purchase. So, here's the scoop - I had a payment hiccup. I put in an order and shelled out the moola through Paypal, ya know? But then, when I checked the status of my order, it said "failed." Yikes! I tried to get in touch with customer service by email and phone, but I got crickets, ya feel? I went a step further and brought my grievance to Paypal, hoping for a refund, but no dice. Nada. The company just shut me out, no help whatsoever. It's a real bummer to see businesses acting all shady like this. I'd steer clear of them, if I were you. What ticks me off is even when I showed proof of payment, they just ignored the whole thing. Long story short, this company left me feeling swindled and let down.

    Variations in pricing between physical store and online shop

    I recently found out that there's a huge price gap between the stuff they sell online and in their actual store. At first, I had problems with shipping when I bought stuff online. So, I thought I'd go to the store in person to try and fix things, but turns out, the prices there were way more expensive than what I saw online. I felt like I got ripped off and let down. I even went to their store in India to see if things would be different, but nothing changed. It's really frustrating to see such a big price difference for the same things, depending on where you buy them.

    Ripped suit

    I ordered a suit from that online store and man, I was so disappointed with what I got. The suit showed up torn at the stitching - clearly a mistake during manufacturing. When I tried to get in touch with customer service to sort out a return or refund, it was such a frustrating experience. They said they had checked the suit before sending it out and even watched CCTV footage, but they never actually showed me any proof of this so-called inspection. It felt like they were just trying to dodge taking responsibility for selling a defective product. It's not right for a seller to not back up the quality of what they're selling, especially when the price tag is over $150. I won't be shopping there again, that's for sure.

    I decided to order some dresses and went with this company because they were offering free shipping. But then things took a turn for the worse when I got a bill from DHL for £57, even though the website had promised free shipping. When I tried to get some answers from customer service, all they did was point me to a disclaimer on the website about import charges being my responsibility. That lack of honesty and shady information left me feeling pretty frustrated and like they were trying to pull a fast one over me. And to top it off, they don't take returns from international customers, so I was stuck with what I bought. Plus, their so-called 10% discount didn't even work, which just added to my disappointment with the whole situation.

    Expensive gown for wedding

    I just bought this fancy dress for a wedding at that store. It had these pretty gold prints on it and the tag said "Dry clean only". But when I took it to the cleaners to get rid of a smell, all the print got wrecked. The dress was really bad quality and I was super let down by it. I tried to reach out to customer service by email because they weren't answering on social media, but they straight up ignored me. You can't ignore customers and sell crappy stuff and expect to last. I'm definitely not buying anything else from that store.

    I just made an online order from a big clothing store. The stuff I got was pretty good, but I was bummed to find out that they don't do returns for folks outside the country. And on top of that, even though the website said shipping was free for certain items, I got hit with a tax and duty bill from the courier. It ended up costing me more than the stuff itself! I feel irritated and like I was tricked.

I placed my order and got a confirmation pretty quickly, then got another email from the courier not long after with the shipping details. There were some surprise import fees, but the prices were so good that it was still worth it. When my clothes showed up, I was happy to see that they looked just like they did on the website, and the material and construction were better than I expected. They're soft, look great, and are really well-made.

    Oh my goodness, I had the worst time trying to buy clothes online! I was just trying to get some cute outfits, but they took my money and never even placed my order. It's been 11 days now and I still haven't received my refund. The customer service folks just keep telling me to wait, but seriously, how much longer do I have to sit around waiting?!
