Recent car rental
My recent experience with the car rental service was amazing, eh. I had to rent a car for a business trip, and I chose this company for the second time within a short period, eh. The pick-up and drop-off process was quick, taking no more than 2 minutes, eh. The car provided was clean, of high quality, and very comfortable to drive, eh. What really impressed me was the awesome customer service I received from the branch, eh. They offered to pick me up from my home and also arranged for a ride back after I returned the car, all free of charge, eh. This level of convenience and thoughtful service made my rental experience so much easier and stress-free, eh. Moreover, I appreciated their policy of only charging for significant damages, which allowed me to have peace of mind during my rental period, eh. Overall, I am super satisfied with my experience and would definitely consider renting from them again in the future, eh.
Overpriced car rental
Don't even think about renting from this place unless you're cool with getting hit with surprise charges all the time. They'll try to squeeze every penny out of you for the smallest things, and forget about customer service - it's like it doesn't even exist. My time there was a total nightmare and I wish I never even went near the place.
Rental car, extra fees
I rented a car and had to dish out extra cash for some add-ons, then they hit me up for even more money for some repairs. I only needed the wheels for 4 days, but ended up payin' for 5. They promised me a refund in 3 days, but it's been weeks now and still no sign of it! The service is brutal.
Online car rental experience
When I rented a car online, there were some problems with the vehicle they gave me. It had some damage already, like the paint peeling off in some spots. I made sure to take pictures of the damage right away so there wouldn't be any confusion with the rental company. I know cars get worn out when they're rented out, but it was still a bit disappointing to get a car in that kind of shape.
Booked 7 seater car
I rented a 7 seater car online and paid for it, eh, but they never called me to confirm, you know? I had to give them a few calls to find out what was happening. They kept saying they needed to call to get the car, but then couldn't do it. They even went to another place to try and get a car, but they still couldn't get it. Finally when they got a car, they wouldn't give me the keys, eh. I had to make a complaint and now it's being looked into.
Quick and efficient service
I just wanted to say that the service I got was amazing from beginning to end. It was fast, super well-organized, and I'll definitely be back again. Emily was especially awesome and really helped me out. Thanks a lot, Steve!
Quick Rental Experience
My experience with the car rental was quick and easy. But, I was really bummed out when I found out they charged me for a missing key months after I gave the car back. It felt shady and unfair. How am I supposed to return a car without a key and get the all-clear?
Car rental experience
I gotta say, my car rental experience was top-notch. They had such a great selection of cars to choose from, and the staff really knew their stuff and were super friendly. Big shout out to Elliot Walker for suggesting this place to me! And a special thanks to Thomas, Olca, and Gavin for making sure everything went smoothly and I had a great time. Great team all around!
Missold "upgrade"
I was so disappointed with my experience at this car rental place. They told me I was getting a better car for free, but they ended up giving me a worse one. And to top it off, the car was almost out of gas when they gave it to me, and they didn't even tell me. On top of all that, the entertainment system was acting up the whole time I was driving. It was just a really frustrating and not great experience. I wouldn't suggest renting from them.
Issue with car rentals
This is my third time renting a car here, and once again, they didn't have the car I reserved. And to top it off, they didn't even give me the discount I was told I would get. The location is good, but the service is really let down. I won't be coming back.
House move rental
I got a van booked for moving to a new place but oh man, what a disaster! The first van was dirty all over, inside and out, and even had a cracked windshield. Then we switched to a second van that was filled with mud and leaves in the back, plus the front wheels were all wonky causing major shaking during a long 6-hour drive. The manager said I'd get a refund on my debit card but I never got it. Definitely the worst service I've ever dealt with.
Car rental experience
My recent car rental experience was actually pretty frustrating. Spent a good chunk of time on the phone going over everything, making sure I had the right car, insurance, and rental dates all squared away. But then, the next day, got a call saying the car I had booked wasn't even available, and wouldn't be for another 4 days! Totally threw me off and left me scrambling to find something else at the very last minute.

So, I rented a car not too long ago and let me tell you, it was not a great experience at all. The car they gave me was in rough shape - cigarette burns everywhere, smelled like smoke, and even had a cracked windshield. And on top of that, it took forever to actually get the rental car, which was a huge hassle. They did end up giving me a different car, but the whole thing was just really disappointing overall. And then, when I returned the car, they tried to say I damaged the tire wall, even though I had proof that I didn't. It really makes me wonder about the quality and honesty of that rental service.
House moving van rentals
I just rented vans from this one spot a bunch of times to move furniture into my new place over a few months. The crew there was top-notch. They were super friendly, polite, and got things done quickly. The paperwork was a breeze, and they made sure I knew everything I needed to know about the rental. Plus, every van I got was in great shape and clean. Big thanks to Kyle, Cameron, Angelika, and Matthew for helping make my move a smooth one.
Debit card charge
I recently had a terrible experience with a car rental company. When I rented a vehicle over the phone, I had to wait for them to find one when I got to the location. The real problem arose when a wheel trim fell off the car on my way home. I argued that it wasn't my fault - how could I have known it would fall off? The manager at first said they wouldn't charge me, but then they ended up making a claim against me and took money out of my account without asking. This kind of shady business isn't okay, and I'm really disappointed with their service.
One-way car hire from Scotland to Cornwall
I recently rented a car for a one-way journey from Scotland to Cornwall and let me tell you, I was really impressed with the service I got. The teams at both the pick-up and drop-off spots were amazing - so quick, helpful, and friendly. The whole process was a breeze, which was super important for me 'cause I was really pressed for time and had a long way to go.

I've rented a car from this place a few times now. The folks there are super friendly and always act like pros. Renting a car is a piece of cake and stress-free when you choose this spot. It's my go-to place for renting cars. They definitely offer the best service, no question.
