I've been a customer of this company for a long time and have bought more than 20 products from them. I have to say, I've always been really impressed with the quality and how well each item works. They're innovative, tough, and well-made, which is great for my everyday needs. Also, I've had to use the lifetime warranty a few times, and every time, the customer service was amazing. The staff really went out of their way to help me with any problems I had and make sure I was happy with my purchase. Overall, I can't say enough good things about how much this company cares about their customers and the quality of their products.

Unfair survey completion
This app is such a rip-off, eh. They make it seem like you'll be able to do surveys, but then they find a way to disqualify you last minute and only give you a pathetic reward of 0.01p. It's a total waste of time and effort, and I'd suggest to everyone to just stay away from this app. It's so annoying to spend all that time doing a survey, only to be told you're not the right person for it. It's a sneaky move that just makes users feel like they're being tricked and taken advantage of. I've already deleted the app because I'm not gonna keep getting fooled by their shady practices.

Incomplete order, missing remote control
I bought something from this company not too long ago, eh. But when my order arrived, it was missing the remote control, which was a total bummer. I did what they said and sent it back, and even had to pay for the return shipping, eh. They were supposed to send me a new one with everything included, and refund me for the return shipping, eh. But, I haven't heard anything from them since. Feels like I got ripped off for more than $100, eh.

Debit card charge
I recently had a terrible experience with a car rental company. When I rented a vehicle over the phone, I had to wait for them to find one when I got to the location. The real problem arose when a wheel trim fell off the car on my way home. I argued that it wasn't my fault - how could I have known it would fall off? The manager at first said they wouldn't charge me, but then they ended up making a claim against me and took money out of my account without asking. This kind of shady business isn't okay, and I'm really disappointed with their service.
