Efficient Support Team
Zap Surveys Support team is awesome, eh? I really appreciate how they're always quick to respond to any problems I run into. And it's not just a quick fix either - they actually follow up to make sure everything's all good. Unlike other survey sites where you get ignored or just automated responses, Zap Surveys Support team really goes above and beyond.
Survey completion and payment issue
I just finished this survey that was supposed to give me a little something in return for my thoughts and time. But man, it took way longer than I was told, and the reward they gave me was way less than they said it would be. After I was done, they had the nerve to say I wasn't even the right audience and only tossed me a small payment. I've already reached out to the company and told them they better give me the right compensation by a certain date, or I'm going to the BBB and the state attorney general. I even brought up those online reviews that back up what I'm saying.

My experience with the survey app has been pretty disappointing and frustrating, eh. Spent hours doing surveys that were supposed to pay a little bit, but then the app would crash before I could even get paid. Felt like a total waste of time and effort, you know?
Cash out amount too high
I really like the surveys in general, but I find it kind of ridiculous that you have to cash out at $25. Other survey sites have lower thresholds, so it's a bit frustrating.

I thought that survey app was pretty disappointing and honestly not worth my time. At first, everything seemed pretty good but then it just turned into a real headache. It's just like all those other survey apps, you know? Seemed normal at first, but then out of nowhere, my account got blocked and I had no idea why. I didn't break any rules or anything but they still wouldn't let me cash out. It just felt really unfair and shady, and it really left a bad taste in my mouth.
Rewards for surveys
This app is so annoying, eh! It was decent before, I could actually cash in my rewards. But now, it's just a complete waste of my time, ya know? They hardly pay you anything most of the time, and even if you do finish a survey, they reject you and you end up with nothing. On top of that, the payments keep getting lower, so you can't even reach your reward. I don't trust them at all - they probably just want all my personal info to cash out. No way, eh! I deleted my account and I hope they delete it for good. Good riddance, eh!

I spent a ton of time doing surveys for this stupid website and when I went to cash out, they blocked me! Can you believe that? Such a scam, all that time wasted for nothing. I gotta report them right away, they're total crooks!
Wasted my time
So I signed up for this survey thing, thinking I could get some easy cash, you know? But nope, turns out they wanted all my personal deets like my birth date and a copy of my ID before they'd hand over the reward. Like, seriously? Why do they need all that sketchy info? This app is such a rip-off, eh. They make it seem like you'll be able to do surveys, but then they find a way to disqualify you last minute and only give you a pathetic reward of 0.01p. It's a total waste of time and effort, and I'd suggest to everyone to just stay away from this app. It's so annoying to spend all that time doing a survey, only to be told you're not the right person for it. It's a sneaky move that just makes users feel like they're being tricked and taken advantage of. I've already deleted the app because I'm not gonna keep getting fooled by their shady practices.

This survey app is terrible, eh! I did a survey on the website 'cause the app surveys never seem to work right. After finishing the survey, I didn't even get my 13 cents in my account. I know I got $20.15 in there already, but I ain't gonna bother about it. If I had spent my time on other survey apps like The Panel Station, Ysense, or Timebucks, I would have gotten way better results than this one. Total waste of time!
Payment request issues
I had the most frustrating experience with this app. I asked for my payment two times and got absolutely no response. I even sent an email and all I got back was an automated message, but still no payment. It's so disappointing and eats up so much time when your hard work goes unrecognized and uncompensated. I'd suggest to others to steer clear of this app and cross my fingers that it gets shut down so nobody else has to waste their time like I did.
Delayed cashouts
I've been waiting for my cashouts from November 20th and 22nd for weeks now, and it's really frustrating, eh? I submitted several requests for help, but haven't heard back from anyone. It's pretty disappointing to be kept waiting like this, especially when it's my hard-earned money. I hope they sort out the problem soon so I can keep using and telling others about the app.
Promise of quick rewards
I downloaded this app because they said I could get rewards real quick, but alas, it was a let down. They swore up and down that I'd get my rewards in 2 to 3 days, but that's a big fat lie. I was a bit unsure about Zap Surveys at first, like, reading the reviews and all that. But I thought, hey, why not give it a shot, eh?
