I accidentally ordered the wrong size shell jacket for my brother as a present, and when it showed up, I knew it wouldn't fit him. I got in touch with customer service, and Anika totally went above and beyond to help me out with the return and exchange. She was quick to respond, super efficient, and really showed she cared and understood. I felt like a valued customer, and this whole experience has just made me even more loyal to the brand.

I really suggest their services if you want to keep your devices safe.

I recently bought a box from this company and boy, was I let down! The products included were super tiny samples that looked nothing like what I saw on their website. The quality was pretty low too. I tried reaching out to customer service through email, and after a whole month of waiting, they finally got back to me. But let me tell ya, they were no help at all. They kept telling me to log into my account, which I had no idea even existed. After going back and forth, I managed to cancel my account. But get this, I got an email saying my next box was already on its way and non-refundable. I told them I never chose a box or products and had been trying to cancel for over a month, but they just said tough luck, non-refundable.

The bracelet I ordered was supposed to be on backorder, but it arrived really quickly! It's so beautiful and comfortable to wear. It's even nicer than I thought it would be based on the website. I'm excited to order more items from this artist in the future!

Let me tell you, my time at Genecos was quite the ride. First things first, ordering from them was a real headache - it took forever to figure out their website and find what I was looking for. The service wasn't great either, the staff was unhelpful and it took them ages to get back to me. And don't even get me started on the prices, totally felt like I was getting ripped off for what I was getting. And to top it all off, my order got here late and the package was all banged up. All in all, it was not a good experience at all.

So, I got this treadmill about 2 years back, and let me tell you, it's been such a hassle! I've had numerous problems with it, and it's been a real pain trying to get it to work properly. I had to go back and forth with them through emails for hours just to get it functioning correctly. Then, after a year, they threw in a free subscription because I could hardly use it due to all the technical issues. Just as I started to feel positive about the machine, it decided to stop turning on! And you know what? It's now out of warranty, so even though they are sending me a part to fix it (apparently many others had the same problem), they won't cover the cost of an engineer. It's been months since it broke, and I'm still waiting for that part. My fitness goals before my holiday have totally gone down the drain thanks to this dumb treadmill. Save your money, seriously. I had a different treadmill before for like 10 years and only had to repair it once that entire time. I'd suggest going for a different brand, like for real, look into Nordictrack instead. It's a shame because it was great while it lasted, but that didn't last long.

I just started doing these paid surveys on this platform, and it's been alright so far. The surveys are pretty easy to do and the rewards are decent, but it does take a while to collect enough points for a good prize. The website is easy to use, but I've had some issues with it glitching out which can be annoying. Overall, I'd say it's a nice way to earn some extra stuff in your free time.
