I tried out ResortPass not long ago and my time there was pretty good. But, I was kind of let down when I found out that the Ritz Carlton doesn't let ResortPass guests use their showers. I've used ResortPass at other hotels before and I've always been able to use the spa showers. It would be awesome if ResortPass could chat with the Ritz Carlton about letting their guests use the facilities to make their stay even better.

I recently bought a set of cups online, and it was a real headache. I got an email confirming my order after paying, but then another email came saying it got canceled because of fraud suspicion. I was super frustrated because I had already paid and now I was stuck without the cups or a refund. And to top it off, the store didn't even bother to explain what happened. I definitely wouldn't recommend buying anything from them, seems like a sketchy site.

I totally bought this super cute dress and like, these really cool jeans, eh? But when my order finally came, one of the packages was missing, can you believe it? I even asked for the photo that was supposed to prove my package was delivered, but I never heard back from them, eh. And to top it all off, the customer service was so rude, I was not impressed at all, eh.
