I bought a watch not long ago but it came broken, which was really frustrating. They told me I had to send it back to another country on my own dime and even pay custom fees. There was no option for free returns, and when I asked for help online, they just suggested I take it to a local repair shop and pay for it myself. They didn't seem worried that it might void the warranty. The whole experience left me super unhappy with their service, and I'd suggest others steer clear of it.

Don't bother with Click Mechanic, they'll tack on an extra $300 for bringing in RAC.

The company totally dropped the ball when it came to dealing with my safety worries about their product, the HUD2 OBDII LED display. When I tested it out in my ride, the display seemed fine, but it actually made my brakes jam up. Super dangerous. It's a letdown that the company didn't step up and address my concerns right away. Plus, they should really tweak the design of the product so it can work with the security measures that some vehicle makers have in place, to stop stuff like this from happening again.
