I was really disappointed with the products I received - they felt cheap and thin, definitely not gonna keep me warm in this cold weather. I'm also concerned about the lack of animal cruelty standards during manufacturing. Shipping took way longer than they said it would, took a whole week for me to get my mittens, long undies, socks, and neck gaiter.

The folks from this company did a great job insulating my attic. They were professional, friendly, and got the job done quickly. I was really impressed by the quality of their work and how efficient they were. Rick, who was around the most, was super friendly and easy to talk to. All in all, I'm really happy with the service they offered.

I recently bought something from this company and let me tell you, I am so bummed out. Ordering was easy peasy, but once I hit that "place order" button, it all went downhill. The customer service was seriously lacking - I reached out a bunch of times and didn't hear a peep back. The prices were alright, not crazy high but definitely not worth the headache. And let's not even talk about the shipping - it took ages and the item showed up all beat up. Total waste of my time and cash.
