I can't believe I got scammed! I ordered something and thought it would arrive, but I didn't get a tracking number. I tried reaching out to the company, but got no reply. Good thing I paid using PayPal, so I managed to get a refund with their assistance.

Selling my top-notch ebike to TPC almost turned into a complete disaster, eh? My bike ended up all banged up during shipping because the local bike shop didn't pack it properly, you know. The frame was all messed up and the offer from TPC got cancelled. Luckily, the TPC person I talked to offered to buy the parts that were still good. We negotiated on the price a little bit, but in the end, we reached a deal that was fair to me, you know. I gotta say, my experience at Moroccanoil was a total letdown. The customer service was just terrible - couldn't even get through to anyone. No UK phone number to call, no UK customer service at all. And don't even get me started on not being able to have my parcel delivered to a safe spot. It's gonna be a mission to ever get my order with my crazy work schedule. All this hassle and lack of communication has seriously put me off ordering from them again. Now I'm just sitting here wondering how long it's gonna take to get my money back for the order.
