108 tulle fabric
I recently ordered 2 bolts of 108 tulle fabric from an online store and it didn't go well. I placed the order on April 19th and waited patiently, but by April 29th, my fabric still hadn't arrived. So, I reached out to customer service for an update and was told that the fabric was actually out of stock, despite the confirmation email I had received. It was frustrating to learn about this so late in the game. The customer service I received was unhelpful and rude, one representative even hung up on me. Overall, my experience was disappointing and I wouldn't recommend ordering from them.

Skycamp rooftop tent purchase
The Skycamp rooftop tent was absolutely amazing! The materials were top-notch, setting it up was a breeze, and it was so comfy. Camping with it was a real treat. It's designed really well, with lots of room for me and my family to sleep well. The customer service folks were super helpful too, answering all my questions before I bought it. I'm super happy with my iKamper rooftop tent and definitely suggest it to anyone needing a sturdy and trustworthy outdoor sleeping option.

Credit score subscription
I signed up for their credit score service, and it definitely helped boost my credit score. But when I wanted to cancel, it was such a hassle. Why do I need to go through all this trouble just to end a subscription? It's frustrating and so old-fashioned. They don't make it easy to leave - making us go through long phone calls and transfers between staff. They even blocked me from my account, saying they couldn't verify my identity on the same device I used to join and pay. It's just ridiculous.

I just stayed at this hotel with super friendly staff, but man, the rooms were pretty old-fashioned. Still, the location is great! Right smack dab in the middle of everything, making it a breeze to hop on trams and buses to get around Manchester.

The lack of phone customer service is beyond frustrating, eh? It's just crazy to think that a company wouldn't have phone support these days. Having to stick to email communication isn't great, especially if you've got important things that need sorting out ASAP. Waiting a whole day for a response? No way, that's just not okay, eh?

Recent maternity and non-maternity clothing purchases
So, I recently picked up some maternity and regular clothes, and let me tell you, I am super impressed with how they fit and the quality. Sold broken ebike
Selling my top-notch ebike to TPC almost turned into a complete disaster, eh? My bike ended up all banged up during shipping because the local bike shop didn't pack it properly, you know. The frame was all messed up and the offer from TPC got cancelled. Luckily, the TPC person I talked to offered to buy the parts that were still good. We negotiated on the price a little bit, but in the end, we reached a deal that was fair to me, you know. Now I have to deal with the bike shop, but at least TPC came through for me when I needed them, eh.

I gotta say, my experience at Moroccanoil was a total letdown. The customer service was just terrible - couldn't even get through to anyone. No UK phone number to call, no UK customer service at all. And don't even get me started on not being able to have my parcel delivered to a safe spot. It's gonna be a mission to ever get my order with my crazy work schedule. All this hassle and lack of communication has seriously put me off ordering from them again. Now I'm just sitting here wondering how long it's gonna take to get my money back for the order.
