Late delivery, unresponsive customer service
I recently bought something from that company and man, my order was seriously late. Like, it showed up way after I had already bought the same thing from a different brand. I tried to get in touch with customer service about my order number 9000275090, but I never got a reply. That lack of communication really got to me, you know? I was left feeling so frustrated and disappointed. It kind of seemed like they weren't really thinking about customer service, and that was a major letdown.
2 x shampoos and 2 x conditioners
As a customer of the product, I gotta say I am really let down by my recent experience. The product itself is amazing and does wonders for my hair, but my last order didn't go as smoothly as I hoped. I ordered 2 shampoos and 2 conditioners, costing $80, but I only got 1 of each when it was delivered. I sent an email about the issue, but after waiting a week with no reply, I had to send another email. It's been 3 weeks now since I ordered and I still haven't received the missing items or a refund. This lack of customer service is disappointing and I'm frustrated and disappointed by the company. I won't be buying directly from them again, gonna look for other options for my hair care needs.
Broken mousse dispenser
So, I bought this super pricey mousse but it wouldn't come out of the dispenser, so I contacted them for help. But you know what? They completely ignored my question and asked for a bunch of info I didn't have anymore. What a rip-off, ugh!
Product review and customer service
Just when I thought customer service was a goner, Moroccanoil totally proved me wrong, eh. After I left a review sharing my disappointment with one of their products, they personally reached out to me, so nice of them. They not only gave me some helpful tips on how to possibly make the product work better for me, but they also went the extra mile and sent me a really nice gift card. Wow, talk about top-notch service, eh! It's pretty rare these days to come across a company that really cares about their customers' experiences and satisfaction, but Moroccanoil is definitely a cut above the rest. They actually listen to feedback and take action to make sure their customers are happy, which has earned my loyalty, eh.
Hair treatment purchase
I recently bought a hair treatment product from this company, eh. But, I gotta say, the customer service was pretty brutal, eh. I got a confirmation that my order was shipped, but ya know what? Never got the product, eh. So, I reached out to ask about it, and all I got was slow responses and no help, eh. The customer service rep just closed my case without fixing the issue, so now I'm annoyed and not happy, eh. They said they sent a replacement, but it's been weeks and still no sign of it, eh. Clearly, they don't care much about making their customers happy, eh.
Moroccan product, hair care
As a customer, I was really disappointed with the product I bought. It was definitely not up to par and didn't meet my expectations. I noticed it had hardly any natural ingredients and was chock full of chemicals. All in all, I wouldn't suggest this product to anyone who wants a top-notch hair care product.
Late order, missing shampoo
I ordered something back in November, but it got sent to the wrong place. They never gave me back my fancy shampoo. I tried calling, but they never answer. I emailed them, and they said they would send it, but still no sign. What a rip-off!
Hair products for 4 years
I've been using these hair products for about 4 years now and let me tell you, they're absolutely amazing! My hair is straight as a board, but my daughter's hair is full-on crazy curly. Surprisingly, these products work wonders for both of us. The Curl stuff is a godsend for her ringlets, and the Intense Curl Cream leaves my hair so smooth and soft, it's unreal. The Hydrate range does wonders for my hair as well, keeping it looking good and making it a breeze to detangle. Oh, and don't even get me started on the Moroccan Oil Treatment light - it's like pure magic for fighting frizz and giving our hair that shiny, healthy look we both love.
Order placed on November 28
I ordered something on November 28 and got a confirmation email right away. But, as of December 11, I still haven't heard anything about when it's gonna ship. I've sent four emails, but haven't heard back from their customer service at all. When I tried calling, they just had me email them too, and there's no way to talk to a real person or leave a message. It's really disappointing how they're not keeping me in the loop or responding. Now, I want to cancel my order because of the delay and buy something else. It's frustrating to see that the bad reviews about their customer service are true, and it seems like they don't really care about their customers. I'm so fed up that I've decided to dispute the charges with my credit card company because I feel like they're not being honest or looking out for me.
Order with no customer service response
I recently bought something from this company, but I've been having a hard time getting a hold of their customer service. I've tried reaching out several times about my order, but haven't heard back from anyone. It's frustrating not having a phone number to call for help. Hydrating hair mask + conditioner
I've been dealing with dry and damaged hair lately because of getting older, and let me tell you, I've finally found the perfect duo to make my hair smooth and shiny: a hydrating hair mask and conditioner. I've tried a bunch of other stuff before, but nothing comes close to the amazing results I've gotten from these Moroccanoil products. I slap on the hair mask and conditioner, leave it on for a bit, then tie my hair up in a bun. The change in how my hair feels and looks is seriously impressive. It's so soft, smooth, and healthy - just like it was back in my early 20s. I'm over the moon about how well these products work, and I'm definitely gonna keep using them to keep my hair looking and feeling great.

I ordered some stuff online and got it super quick in just 5 days. Everything came without any problems, and I really love what I got. The quality is seriously amazing, and you can tell this company really cares about the little things. I'll definitely be coming back for more.
Quick order, gift issue, overall satisfied
I placed an order and it arrived really fast and was all wrapped up nicely. There was a small mixup with the free gift, but when I mentioned it, they resolved it immediately. I've been purchasing from them frequently and will continue to do so.
Skin reaction
I gotta say, I've had a terrible experience with this company. I've been a loyal customer for years, spending loads of cash on their stuff. Then, out of the blue, I had a bad reaction to one of their products. My skin under my eyes puffed up like crazy, and my face got all red and irritated, especially around my nose and mouth. It's been 4 days now, and my skin still hurts like crazy. My eyes aren't back to normal, and the skin around my nose and mouth is a total disaster. I even emailed them pics of the damage and the product, but they didn't give me the time of day. I'm never buying from them again, and I'm warning everyone to think twice before using their products. It's just not worth it when they clearly don't care about their customers' health.
Large order with defects
I just made a big purchase and ran into a bit of trouble. Out of all the stuff I got, two things were busted. The rubber pad on the paddle hairbrush was all loose when I opened the box, and the pump on the 100ml oil wasn't working right. I ended up spilling some oil while trying to fix the pump. After checking it out next to my old pump, I saw that the tube on the new one was wider. And on top of that, I wasn't too thrilled with the 8 free gifts that came with my order - two of them were just sample sachets.
Hair serum purchase
Eh, so I bought some hair serum from this company, eh, and honestly, the customer service really sucked, ya know? I tried to sort out a problem with the product, but geez, they took forever to respond to my emails. It's been 8 days now, and I still can't see a solution in sight. This lack of service is just not cool, and I'm pretty pissed off about the whole darn experience, eh.

My time dealing with this company has been a huge letdown. The people over at customer service were no help at all and didn't seem to care about fixing any problems. I reached out to the customer service team and they told me that my order is just chillin' at some FedEx spot. I recently bought 2 sets of orders from your site, and they were supposed to come in one package. But, surprise surprise, the package got sent back by the company with no info at all. I had to reach out to the delivery folks to figure out what was going on. The lack of communication and clear info from your end is really bumming me out. I've been a fan of your stuff for a while, but now I'm feeling pretty peeved and let down. I can't even find a customer service number to call, and my emails are being ignored, which just adds to the frustration.
