I recently bought something from this company, but I've been having a hard time getting a hold of their customer service. I've tried reaching out several times about my order, but haven't heard back from anyone. It's frustrating not having a phone number to call for help. On top of that, my order was supposed to have been shipped, but I haven't been given any tracking details. It's been 9 days since I placed my order and the lack of communication is really not okay.
