Review about: Moroccanoil
2 x shampoos and 2 x conditioners
As a customer of the product, I gotta say I am really let down by my recent experience. The product itself is amazing and does wonders for my hair, but my last order didn't go as smoothly as I hoped. I ordered 2 shampoos and 2 conditioners, costing $80, but I only got 1 of each when it was delivered. I sent an email about the issue, but after waiting a week with no reply, I had to send another email. It's been 3 weeks now since I ordered and I still haven't received the missing items or a refund. This lack of customer service is disappointing and I'm frustrated and disappointed by the company. I won't be buying directly from them again, gonna look for other options for my hair care needs.

Quality of products
As someone who's been a customer of this company for a while now, I've noticed a big drop in the quality of their products since they got bought out by a bigger corporation. It feels like they're taking shortcuts and not putting in the same level of care and attention to detail as they used to. I used to be a huge fan of their stuff, but now I've switched to other brands because I just can't rely on the quality anymore.

Black dress with short shirt
OMG, I totally snagged this black dress with a short skirt and I'm totally obsessed! The dress looks exactly like the photo, but the skirt is way shorter than I expected. It's so comfy and fits perfectly! When I tried it on, I felt like a fashion queen, seriously. Can't wait to rock it out and show off my style to all my friends!

High-quality hoodie
I recently bought this really nice hoodie from this company, and let me tell you, the product is top-notch. The materials they used are high quality and it's super comfy to wear. But, I gotta say, the price is a bit steep. Even though it's great quality, I think they could lower the price a bit to be more competitive.

Shoe order disaster
I got a couple of pairs of shoes and let me tell you, it was a hot mess the whole way through. They took forever to show up - a full two weeks! And when they finally did, they weren't what I expected at all. The return process was a nightmare - it took 16 days for them to even confirm I was getting a refund, and then another 3 days for the money to actually come through. I tried to get in touch with customer service several times, but they were slow and the whole experience was terrible. And get this - I only got half my money back, still waiting on the rest. It's just plain ridiculous!

Online learning courses
This website totally changed the game for online learning. I've totally switched to using it over other free platforms for my learning. There are so many classes to choose from, it's pretty impressive. They cover almost every subject you could think of. The quality overall is good, but there are a few classes that don't seem to fit right. Though, that might just be personal preference - what one person thinks is useless, another might find super helpful. The main downside for me is how much the courses cost. It can really turn some people off from using it.
