Gorgeous unique footwear
My Inkkas are absolutely amazing and like no other shoes I've seen. They're not only beautiful, but also really comfy. I first found out about this brand a couple of years ago because of their 1 shoe 1 tree program, but I've kept buying more because I just love how they look and how nice they feel to wear. Right now, I have Joggers, Slip ons, and Camping boots, and I'm thinking about getting the Runners next. I got a pair of Kids Slip ons for my nephew recently, and he loves them. Even though I've heard mixed reviews, I've personally had only good experiences with this brand. I definitely recommend it!
Spirit Bear Runner V.2 - Great Artwork, Fit, Quality
About a month ago, I bought the Spirit Bear Runner V.2 and I gotta say, I'm really impressed by the beautiful design, great fit, and high quality. The customer service was excellent - Genesis got back to my emails right away the next day. Tracking my order was easy. Exchanging for a different size was a piece of cake, plus they offered free shipping. The only drawback was that it took a little longer than I thought for the delivery to arrive.
Purchased boots and slip-ons
I found this company on social media and thought I'd try it out. I was actually really happy with how it went. I bought a pair of boots and some slip-ons, and I have to say, I loved them both. The quality was great, and they were super comfy to wear. The designs were cool and I got a lot of compliments when I wore them. Overall, I was really impressed with what I got from this company and I'd totally suggest them to others.
Men's size 10 low tops
I was pretty bummed when I went to the store and they didn't have any men's size 10 low tops in stock. They didn't have any info on when they would be back in, and there was no way to easily search for my size. I had to go through everything one by one just to find out they didn't have it. It was super frustrating and made it hard for me to get what I needed.
My shoes 👟
My shoes looked awesome, but they ended up being too tight, so I had to return them. I tried reaching out to them four times about the return, but I didn't hear back. I even sent them a message on Instagram, and they told me to email them, but I still didn't get a response. They even went and deleted my comment from their post! So frustrating!
Small shoes
I got two new pairs of sneakers from this online store. But oh no! They were too small for my feet. The shoes didn't come in half sizes, so I thought I'd be clever and order a size up, but nope, still too tight. I decided I needed to get a bigger size, so I contacted the store to return them. But guess what, you need to ask for permission to return first, and then they only give you store credit. What a downer! I sent back the shoes really quickly, and the store received them on 2/28 at 10 am. But it's now 3/4 and still no update. I've sent two emails, but still no response. I hope I can get the right shoes before summer. It's really frustrating, too many roadblocks with this place.
