ESR Ascend keyboard case for iPad Air
I just got myself an ESR Ascend keyboard case for my iPad Air from Electronic Silk Road. The whole ordering process went smoothly, though it did take a bit over a week for the case to arrive. But I gotta say, I really liked getting updates at every stage of the delivery. The case itself is pretty good quality - it's sturdy and the keyboard works really well. The backlit feature with customizable colours is a cool addition too. The only downside is that the trackpad can be a bit slow and sticky sometimes, but I mostly use the screen for scrolling so it's not a big deal for me. I do like that I can easily remove the iPad from the keyboard with the magnetic feature while still keeping it protected. Overall, I'm super happy with my purchase since it's a great deal compared to other options out there.
Wireless chargers
So I recently got a bunch of wireless chargers from Electronic Silk Road for myself, my wife, friends, and work. Gotta say, I'm really happy with how all 9 chargers have been working. The chargers are well made, charge real fast, got strong magnets, keep the phones cool with fans, and are super comfy to use. Only had a problem with one charger, but when I reached out to customer service with a video showing the issue, they responded right away and sent a replacement within 12 hours. It's nice to see a brand that takes care of their customers like that. With so many brands out there with bad service, Electronic Silk Road really stands out. As a satisfied customer in Canada, I appreciate their dedication to quality and customer satisfaction.
Laptop sleeve purchase
I recently bought a laptop sleeve from ESR and I was really impressed with the quality compared to the price. The sleeve was well-made, durable, and you could tell that a lot of thought went into the design. When I had a problem with the sleeve, I contacted their support team and I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing service I got. They not only replied quickly within 24 hours but also went out of their way to solve my issue and make sure I was happy with my purchase. ESR really cares about their customers and making sure they're satisfied, and I really appreciate their dedication to customer service.
Mechanical keyboard
I just bought a mechanical keyboard from Electronic Silk Road and at first, I was kind of bummed because there was a little crack in the case. But when I got in touch with customer service, Daisy got back to me right away and sent me a new one. I have to say, the service from Electronic Silk Road is top-notch. They really went out of their way to fix the problem, and their quick response and action really impressed me. I will definitely be telling others about their products after this great experience.
Phone case purchase
Hey! So, I got this phone case from Electronic Silk Road, right? And it was honestly top-notch, just like they said. But, when it arrived, I saw this little scratch on the back. I was kinda unsure about contacting customer service, but I thought, 'Why not?' And you know what? They got back to me super quick and sent me a fresh phone case within a day. Major props to Cathy for the awesome customer service!
Phone cases and accessories
I ordered some phone cases for my iPhone and some really cool accessories. The delivery came super quick and everything went really smoothly. The quality of the products is amazing, like seriously so impressive. The packaging was really nice and the instructions and installation equipment were top-notch. I'm definitely going to buy more ESR products in the future for sure!
Keyboard case for iPad Pro 11"
I gotta say, this keyboard case for the iPad Pro 11" is amazing! It's versatile, tough, and dependable. I really like how it can be set at different angles and how well it works. Plus, the customer service was top-notch. Even when I got a faulty product with a trackpad problem, they quickly sent me a new one without any trouble. The staff's willingness to fix the issue and provide great service really impressed me. All in all, I'm super happy with my experience at this store.
Magnetic wallet stand
The magnetic wallet stand from this store is amazing. I've used other magnetic wallets before, but none of them are as strong as this one. The best part is that it works with Apple's Find My feature, which is a huge plus. Other wallets I've tried would fall off my phone when I put it in my pocket, but not the ESR GEO WALLET. It stays attached to my phone securely, so I don't have to worry about losing my stuff.
Geo wallet purchase
Daisy from customer service was amazing when my Geo wallet started messing up. My battery was dying and I had some other issues, but Daisy really listened to me, figured out what was wrong, and found the perfect fix. Her expertise, professionalism, and willingness to help were really something. I'm so grateful for everything she did!
MagSafe charger stand
I picked up this charger stand and it's amazing! It's so much better and cheaper than the one Apple recommends. I've bought a few things from them and they've all been fantastic. Sometimes I find it more convenient to get their stuff on Amazon because it's cheaper and ships quicker. Really awesome stuff!

Iphone case with kickstand
I reached out to Electronic Silk Road about the warranty for my iPhone case with a kickstand because the kickstand wasn't staying open when I used it to prop up my phone. They were really helpful and sent a replacement right away. My son really likes the kickstand on the case.
HaloLock case, battery bank, bedside charging stand
I bought a HaloLock case, a battery bank, and a bedside charging stand, and they all work really well! I had a little issue with one of them, but the customer service was amazing. They helped me out quickly and got everything sorted. I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again!
