Home gym equipment
I just bought some home gym gear from this place and I gotta say, I was super impressed with the quality. The customer service was excellent, with friendly staff always ready to lend a hand. The prices were reasonable considering the quality, and I felt like I got my money's worth. Easter weekend stay at a hotel
Recently, we had a blast spending Easter weekend at a hotel. We were greeted warmly with hot cross buns, tea, and coffee, and the Easter Eggs and drinks during dinner were a nice touch. Every part of our stay was just perfect. Our room was cozy and had a great view of the river. The staff were super helpful and made sure all our needs were met. The restaurant and bar were fantastic for dining and just kicking back. Meals were served quickly and with lots of care. Big shoutout to Billy Spalding for going above and beyond to make our stay extra special. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. Thanks to all the staff for an amazing experience.
Overnight stays
The service at this place is amazing. The staff, from reception to the bar, always greet you warmly and make you feel right at home. I've been staying here quite often over the past few months, and every time I come back, I experience the same fantastic service. The atmosphere is nice, and the rooms are cozy and spotless. I really like how they pay attention to the little things and go out of their way to make sure my stay is great. I definitely suggest this place to anyone in need of a dependable and friendly place to stay.
Stay at Millennium hotel
My stay at Millennium was just amazing. The room was big, clean, and so modern, plus the view of the city was absolutely stunning. The staff were really nice and helpful, they always went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for us. The price was reasonable considering the great service and amenities. The room service and any extra things we asked for were brought to us quickly and smoothly. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that I would definitely suggest to others.
Hotel stay as a member
As a loyal member, I was really let down by my recent stay at the hotel. The Chelsea Football Club location was disappointing right from the start. The escalator was broken, and that was just the beginning of many letdowns. The check-in line was long and boring, which kind of set the mood for the whole stay. When I finally made it to room 601, I found dirty furniture, a cracked and stained sink, low-quality TV channels, and really dark lighting. And to top it off, there were no bedside charging points or sockets. I won't be coming back to this place, that's for sure.
Booking experience
My experience booking my stay was really disappointing. The staff made me think I would get points for my KORU membership, but later told me I wouldn't. Even though they said they would fix it, they kept giving me wrong info and didn't make up for their errors. They only gave me a small refund without asking and wouldn't give me any other options.
A new pair of sneakers
I just got some new shoes from this shop and let me tell you, they are so comfortable and stylish. Ordering them was a breeze and didn't take long at all. The service was amazing, the people working there were super friendly and really went out of their way to help me out. I thought the price was fair for the great quality of the shoes. Plus, my delivery came really quickly and my new kicks arrived in perfect shape. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase!
Hotel stay in Kensington
My recent stay at a hotel in Kensington was kind of all over the place. The location was awesome, close to shops, Hyde Park, and some really good restaurants. I loved the breakfast deal, it was only £24 for two people and totally worth it. But the rooms could definitely use a makeover - they felt old. And don't even get me started on the check-in and check-out situation at the front desk, it was a mess. Overall, it was a mixed bag.
Stayed with friends on April 6th
I stayed at this place with all my buddies on April 6th and it was amazing! We had 3 rooms that were really clean and smelled fresh. The lady at the front desk was super nice and hooked us up with rooms beside each other. The restaurant and bar area were really fancy and the atmosphere was awesome. I would definitely recommend it to all my friends if they need a hotel in Aberdeen!
Hotel stay at Copthorne Tara London
During our recent stay at a hotel in London, eh, we were really impressed by the great service from the receptionist, Nosheen. She was super friendly and helpful, eh, which made our stay way better. You could tell she really cared about her job and she's a big asset to the hotel. Overall, we were very happy with the service we got during our visit. Cheers!
My skateboard
I picked up my new skateboard at this place and it's really awesome. But man, the folks who work there are just plain rude! Ali and the manager were so irritating when I interacted with them. It took ages for them to give me something back, and I had to bug them a whole bunch of times for it. Can you believe I had to shell out $12 just to retrieve my package? This spot is seriously the pits and I ain't ever setting foot in there again. Steer clear, folks!
Stay at Copthorne Auckland
My time at Copthorne Auckland was really disappointing. The people working there were nice and the service was okay, but the room itself was in bad shape. The bathroom door didn't close properly, the shower leaked, and the tiles were cracked. On top of that, there was this gross black spot on the sink that clearly hadn't been cleaned for ages. I talked to the staff about it, but all they did was half-heartedly try to fix the door, leaving paint chips on the floor. It was a terrible experience overall. And to make things worse, when I tried to contact Customer Services for help, they didn't even respond.
Presidential suite booking for birthday celebration
My time at Millennium was really disappointing, eh. We had reserved the Presidential suite for a special birthday bash, but when we got there, we found out it wasn't available because of a leak. They only offered us a measly $100 off our bill, which didn't make up for the letdown of not getting the room we wanted for this big event. Plus, the room only had bottled water instead of something fancier like you'd expect in a fancy hotel, y'know?
Overnight stay at a hotel in George Square, Glasgow
I made a reservation for one night at a hotel in George Square, Glasgow, hoping for a nice view of the Square decorated with Christmas lights, but the room ended up overlooking a car park instead. The bathroom had black mold and the artex on the ceiling was peeling off, plus a broken safe and radiator. The room overall was in really bad shape. The menu was nowhere to be found, and the staff weren't very helpful. We decided to head over to a nearby Premier Inn for breakfast because we were really unhappy with our stay at the hotel. All in all, it was a huge letdown and we couldn't wait to leave.

My recent hotel stay was at a great spot. The staff there was really friendly and helpful. I especially liked Bev's warm attitude during breakfast and Phyllis' professionalism at the front desk. It was a bummer though that the sauna and steam rooms weren't working while I was there. But even with that, I still had a good time overall.
Paid for a hotel room
Today I went to this fancy hotel and paid for my room with my card. But when I checked my card bill, I saw that they charged me double! I called them up and they promised to refund me, but it has been weeks and still no money back. They keep giving me false promises and not responding to my emails, and the manager is nowhere to be seen. I am so frustrated, they really need to give me back my money!! This customer service is the worst, I can't believe they treat their guests like this. Do not stay at this hotel, they really do not care about you at all!
Fantastic stay
OMG, had the best time at this amazing hotel with my fam! The breakfast, dinner, and bar were awesome, we couldn't get enough. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping was top-notch. We'll definitely be back soon. Shoutout to all the staff for making our stay so epic!
Room service breakfast
Yeah, so my mom and I decided to get breakfast through room service at this place and it turned out to be a complete mess! We both have our own challenges - my mom deals with mental health issues and I have physical limitations. We can't sit down to eat, so one day they allowed us to have our meal in the room, but then the next day they suddenly said no! We explained to them that we were disabled, that I can't sit and eat. It's obvious when they see me walking with crutches and a cane! Other guests were allowed to eat in their rooms, but not us. In the end, they did refund our money, but I haven't seen it yet!
Hotel stay
I just stayed at this hotel with super friendly staff, but man, the rooms were pretty old-fashioned. Still, the location is great! Right smack dab in the middle of everything, making it a breeze to hop on trams and buses to get around Manchester.
